LOVED IT!!! I would go back a thousand times and never get bored! Ive watched these ladies on youtube several times but I had never seen them in person. I couldn't believe how much more beautiful they all were in person! Amazing show! Only complaint was that the seats I bought online were no the ones we were placed in at the Palladium. I don't know if that was the fault of ticketmaster or the Palladium.
Great show!! Very entertaining!! I would higly recommend this show to everyone, especially if they are interested in bellydance and/or Bollywood!
Initially I wanted to stay home to watch the Yankees and Twins Game 1 on TV. Little did I know that that the power of the belly would take my mind off of the game. Wow!
I was absolutely spellbound! Choregraphy and costumes were amazing and the performers were delightful. I will remember this show!!! thank you~
Visually appealing, and incredibly tribal! The drums and music, the beauty and flexibility of the young women, their graceful hand movements, the colorful swirl of their garments, it all conspired to put me in touch with my inner goddess! Intoxicating and addictive! Anyone who thinks this is "just dancing" does not appreciate the incredible control and balance required to maintain some of the poses. Who knew the Palladium could attract such beauty and grace? Everyone we came in contact with was polite and respectful. When it became apparent that all of the seats might not be filled, I asked one of the security staff if it might be possible to move from the far right section to the middle section. They were happy to accommodate my reqest, and we were able to view the show much more closely. What a treat! My only regret was that two of my friends did not attend, and I was stuck with paying for their more expensive floor seats. I decided to pay for VIP parking, due to the unsavory area of town. Had I been with a larger group, I might have paid for the less expensive general parking.
Amazed by the beautiful production. Mesmerizing traditional and tribal dances that keep you engaged. Absolutely loved the inclusion of Bollywood
This was an excellent performance with a lot of energy, beautiful outfits, beautiful performers, and excellent choreography. The dancers always had an upbeat expression on their faces even when I thought they would be tired and ready for the next set to come on. Being on the 2nd row in front of the stage, you were able observe the graceful movements of the dancers. I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to see a beautiful dance performance.
The whole event was exciting, action filled, and excellent choreography. The performers showed a lot of energy even having to perform one dance after another. The outfits were beautiful and colorful. I would highly recommend this to others who enjoy a high energy, colorful, expressive, and overall beatiful dance performance.
Colorful, artistic, athletic, sensual and amazing. I will make sure to see it again next trip back. It is the best and most entertaining event I have seen this year.
Incredible show with dancers who obviously enjoyed what they were doing. Master drummer Issam Houshan was awesome as was the lone male dancer Samir.
The show was fabulous, however there is NO need for a male belly dancer!! The dance lends itself for a woman's body.....NO male dancer please!!!
The Bellydance Superstars show seems to be lacking one key element...super stars! Since the big name dancers--Jillina, Sonia, Rachel Brice, etc--have moved on to other ventures, it seems there is a serious void of belly dance talent in the show. While some dancers are highly proficient in ballet, displaying graceful leaps, flowing arms, and exciting turns (all wonderful for traveling and making excellent use of the stage), it left a general craving for the "meat" of belly dance--sensual undulations and sharp isolations. This was especially true of the drum solos. Kami's solo was very nice although it didn't quite fit into the Bollywood theme. The hoop dance was disappointing. They could have done a number of exciting things, but, alas, they did not.
I've been watching their dvds for years, so finally getting to see the show live was very exciting. The dancing was beautiful, the costumes were incredible, and the projector screen art added a different dimension to the entire performance. The Bollywood fusion was really interesting, and a good contrast to the other elements in the show. I loved the Tribal fusion dancing and the Egyptian Raqs Sharqi as a mix. It was opening night when I saw them, so I know it will just get better throughout their tour!!!
Fabulous color! Beautiful dancers. Really a show. Only con was that it was so LOUD. Just a few decibels down would have been better.
Talented dancers, fabulous costumes, and great music made for a wonderful show. The choreography was exciting and the live drumming was awesome! I was dancing in my seat.
It was awsome, but I expected a little more of bollywood
I love Sabrina Fox and would attend any show she's in! The varity of dances was wonderful & I enjoyed how one dance flew into the next.
Costumes were amazing!!!! colorful!! beautiful!!! Dance Routines were very nice
