  • Stop the rotating colored lights!

    We love watching the UConn Women's BB at this Arena. We usually have a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants while there. Our seats were in the upper level - almost at the same level as the bar holding spot lights. The rotating colored spot lights were blinding us and were very irritating. I don’t think they offer anything to the atmosphere.

    Had to be there, what a great experience. I got to meet Coach Kim Mulkey and the LSU team, I made it on the Jumbotron and I was in the building with HOF coaches, players, and future players. I also got to experience being at the HOF enshrinement this year also that’s a must.. Congrats to HOF Seimone Augustus..

    I have been to venue several times the games and tournament are excellent, i love the casino. The blaring music on sub par speaker system make the game barely tolerable. It’s unfortunate as it so distracts from the game.

    The best first quarter of basketball I’ve ever seen, with red hot, unconscious shooting from long range. The remainder of the game was equally as enjoyable.

    Enjoyed both games. It was a bit chilly from time to time in the arena, but the competition and excitement kept us warm. Got there about 2:30 and we were disappointed that almost all restaurants were closed. Had to make do with one so we had a leisurely & mediocre late lunch.

    Game was exciting and home team(UConn) prevailed. Facility was clean and there were plenty of ushers/attendants directing people to their seats. If possible I would like to see a more detailed stadium seating plan. I purchased tix in row M of section 117 thinking they were about half way up the upper section. It turned out they were the LAST row up. A more detailed plan would have definitely affected my seat selection.

    Three games with some of the best teams in the country. Who could ask for more. Plus Mohegan Sun Arena is a fantastic venue. Great time!!
