What happened to the orchestra? Just wasn't the same without it, and I would have given it 5 stars. That was one of the most exceptional things about going. I was disappointed about that.
The custumes were wonderful. So fun to see the tallented kids of all ages. There is certainly something for everyone in this performance. There was enough happening to keep even the little children in the audience entertained. I did miss the live orchestra, but certainly understand the need to cut expenses. I think it is fantastic that this ballet is offered to school children at a reduced price for the first 2 performances. It is a great opportunity to expose them to the arts.
We loved it from start to finish - beautiful artistry and choreography!
I was disappointed you cut the Russian,chinese, Arabian etc. dances short. Usually, they are special highlights of the show. Overall, it was really well done. Thanks!
