Ballet Etudes has been putting on performances of the Nutcracker for over 35 years, and it clearly shows. They are flawless beautiful shows with amazing choreography, gorgeous costumes, and stunning dancers! The venues are nice, and the productions are of the highest professional quality. I look forward to seeing the Nutcracker again and again and again.

Nutcracker was to me an amazing performance! I felt like a kid again. The dancers were all very talented, you could feel emotions floating through their bodies! Stunning! The decoration was made with taste and looked professional! I really enjoyed the Ballet!

I bought tickets for the Nutcracker Ballet at Chandler Center for the Arts for my mom's 93rd birthday. My daughter and I took her and we all were so pleased with the performances and the talented dancers. This was our first ballet and I really didn't think I was a ballet person but this changed my mind. We were all pleasantly surprised and had a great time. As for the seating, I strategically chose seats on the lower lever so my mother wouldn't have to climb stairs and I also wanted to make sure she had an end seat in case she needed to get up and also so there wouldn't be anyone tall in front of her.... she is a tiny woman and it worked out beautifully. We were in a row with only 4 seats. The only negative was that we were so far to the left of stage that some of the stage was slightly hidden from us. I would suggest center stage for the best view if you're able bodied and don't mind sitting in the middle of a longer row.

It was raining the day of the performance, so we were a bit damp when we arrived. It’s a beautiful theater with a grand old-time theater vibe. We thought it a bit chilly in the theater, so I’ll dress more warmly next time. The ballet was very well done. It was hard to believe that most of the dancers were under the age of 19. The sets were beautiful, and Tchaikovsky’s music was blissful. I found two things annoying. After applause had finished for a nice pas de deux and the dancers had left the stage, they came back out to additional, somewhat forced, applause. My personal opinion was that they should have accepted the rousing applause they had already received and let the show continue. The second annoyance was a guest artist who looked like he had a cantaloupe in his tights. I don’t care how well-endowed he might have been, this just looked funny and detracted from the dance experience. Just my opinion. Seems like there must have been a better way to hold himself in. All in all, a great introduction to ballet. They could have used a second concession stand during intermission. The line was long.

Fabulous, professional, ballet performance…………………….

The music was great. The sound was excellent. Very good story line. Seen this show many times, still enjoy it each time.

I took my 3 year old grand daughter for the first time. Her parents were skeptical that she would make it more than 30 mins. They were wrong! She was absolutely mesmerized! It was beautiful! The dancers were wonderful. I hope to make it a yearly event with her!

Every year I take my daughters to see the nutcracker performed by a youth dance group. While some have been disappointing, others have been fantastic. This nutcracker was right at the very top with some of the best nutcrackers I've ever seen. They should be very proud of their performance!

Love the energy, obvious dedication to their art and the beauty of the entire performance. Not even one movement that was sexually suggestive -- rather classy, fun and delightful.

Everything was top-notch! The tour backstage was especially fun.

My husband and I took our nine year old granddaughter to see the ballet. She was enthralled by the performance and the sets. However, the music was too loud. Our seats were on the fourth row and sometimes the music was painful.

I took my daughter to the 3pm show on Sunday December 5th, it was her first ballet experience, and first time seeing the Nutcracker, the show was amazing, the dancers were all beautiful and amazing. We had a truly magical mother, daughter experience and will return next year and are interested in seeing Cinderella in April.
