About

With over three decades on the scene, Bad Religion are iconic stalwarts of the Southern California punk movement. Comprised of equal parts musicianship, rancor and intelligence, the band is known for their onslaught of well-crafted, finely executed songs of social commentary and sardonic wit. Tickets to their live concerts bear the holder witness to relentless, rapid-fire sets that span the breadth of their career, including entertaining diatribes of insight from frontman Greg Graffin. Their 2013 European tour featured over 40 concert dates across 15 countries, treating fans to extended sets of their decade-spanning catalog. Following the release of 2013's True North, which garnered positive reviews and peaked at No. 19 on the Billboard 200, the band kept fans guessing with the release of Christmas Songs, an album of holiday covers done in the band's signature spitfire style.

Since their inception in the early '80s, Bad Religion has remained vital to the identity of punk and hardcore. Their gold-certified 1994 album Stranger Than Fiction is a classic of the genre, gaining the band widespread attention and their first bana fide hit with the prescient "21st Century (Digital Boy)." In 2002 the band released The Process of Belief, garnering another round of praise from critics for hit single "Sorrow." With a whopping 17 studio albums and two live albums, Bad Religion has achieved commercial success without compromising their upstart ideals, and a legion of dedicated fans looks forward to their 2014 tour dates.

by Dan on 10/18/21Riverside Municipal Auditorium - RiversideRating: 5 out of 5

It was great after last seeing them 22 months earlier. They have a couple of bugs to work out but the sound was awesome as usual. I was finally able to take my 13 yo daughter.

Bad Religion was amazing and this totally was a bucket list experience for me. The venue was intimate, but all the energy was there that one would expect. It was awesome all around. Their openers were good, and their show was everything I could have wanted.

Bad Religion was spot on for the whole show. They delivered the whole night, I can't believe how much fun I had. The opening act, Emily Davis and the Murder Police, we're a fantastic surprise. I look forward to hearing from them for years to come.

Loved the show. Fell in love with the opening act, Emily Davis and the Murder Police. Bad Religion has been doing it at the highest level for 40 years, and there’s no sign that they’re slowing down!

  • Great concert Great venue

by Denise G on 9/24/19House of Blues Orlando - OrlandoRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first Bad Religion concert, and my first concert at the House of Blues. I was in a wheelchair for this concert, and the staff really went above and beyond to help me. My daughter and I were taken to the handicapped section. My daughter was given a chair. I was helped to the bathroom by security when I needed to go. There was even a waitress to take food and drink orders. Way to go House of Blues! We had a great view of the stage, and the bands were great!

I was supposed to see these guys back in 1994, back home in San Antonio Texas . They played in my hometown in 2016 . Never got to see them until I came here to visit my niece and family members in Florida . First time visit to the house of blues and had the opportunity to see these guys . Great show , quality sound and songs we’re just as good if not better live . These guys have not lost their touch over the years. Songs were just as fast, great tempo, and til me back many years . Took my future brother-in-law for the first time he enjoyed the show. Can’t wait to see them back again next year whether they play in Florida or in San Antonio

  • Thank you for real music

by Green Lady on 9/21/19Jannus Live - St PetersburgRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first punk rock concert. I love Bad Religions stage presence, fan appreciation and musical/lyrical talent were amazing. No need for flashy lights or special effects to seduce the audience. Jannis Live is a great place to enjoy ocean air and has an intimacy you can’t create in stadium. The event staff were attentive and friendly. Emily Davis and the Murder Police were a lovely compliment to Bad Religion and I look forward to listening to them for decades to come.

  • Epic

    by A.G. on 8/23/19Hollywood Palladium - HollywoodRating: 5 out of 5

There is nothing quite like being in the middle of the mayhem that is a Bad Religion Show. It’s loud. It’s fast! It’s profound. It’s punk rock that will change your life.

  • One hell of a good time

by Larfleeze on 8/22/19Hollywood Palladium - HollywoodRating: 5 out of 5

I loved the venue, and the way everything was set up, as it had the feel of a smaller show by allowing anybody to get close to the stage. More than that though, Bad Religion was amazing. These guys still put on a better show than most bands and had a lot of energy. Not only that, they stopped to make sure some guy was okay when they noticed something wasn't right and only continued after it was sorted out. While I definitely wished they had gone with what singer Greg Graffin joked about and played for days on end (I could have called out of work a few times), I was surprised by how many of my favorite songs (can't narrow it down to just one or two with a band like that) they played. All told, I can't wait to see them live again. And then again. And again.
