About

With over three decades on the scene, Bad Religion are iconic stalwarts of the Southern California punk movement. Comprised of equal parts musicianship, rancor and intelligence, the band is known for their onslaught of well-crafted, finely executed songs of social commentary and sardonic wit. Tickets to their live concerts bear the holder witness to relentless, rapid-fire sets that span the breadth of their career, including entertaining diatribes of insight from frontman Greg Graffin. Their 2013 European tour featured over 40 concert dates across 15 countries, treating fans to extended sets of their decade-spanning catalog. Following the release of 2013's True North, which garnered positive reviews and peaked at No. 19 on the Billboard 200, the band kept fans guessing with the release of Christmas Songs, an album of holiday covers done in the band's signature spitfire style.

Since their inception in the early '80s, Bad Religion has remained vital to the identity of punk and hardcore. Their gold-certified 1994 album Stranger Than Fiction is a classic of the genre, gaining the band widespread attention and their first bana fide hit with the prescient "21st Century (Digital Boy)." In 2002 the band released The Process of Belief, garnering another round of praise from critics for hit single "Sorrow." With a whopping 17 studio albums and two live albums, Bad Religion has achieved commercial success without compromising their upstart ideals, and a legion of dedicated fans looks forward to their 2014 tour dates.

  • One of the best shows ever!

by Dan on 8/14/19The Fillmore Silver Spring presented by Cricket Wireless - Silver SpringRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first time seeing Bad Religion, but my wife’s fourth. She said it was their best show she’d seen, and I cannot disagree! They were on point for their whole set, the crowd was excellent, and The Fillmore was a great venue for a punk show if for no other reason than the fact that the air conditioning worked.

  • LOVED IT!!!

by Demi on 8/8/19Webster Hall - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Fewer venue, great acoustics, beware crowd, GREAT EFFING BAND!!! I love Bad Religion

  • Another great Bad Religion show

by Sahasrahla on 8/6/19Aura - PortlandRating: 5 out of 5

My sixth time seeing Bad Religion. Amazing as always

  • Killer show at a great venue

by Hubbaduck on 8/6/19Webster Hall - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

The show was fantastic, and the venue was great. Outside of a few knuckleheads spraying beer, and sweaty jerks bullying their way to the mosh pit, this was a fantastic concert experience.

  • Great Band, Great Venue

by Zamir on 8/5/19Webster Hall - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

They were great as always after seeing them live countless times over 15 years in venues of all size and different line-ups they still put on an amazing show. They always have well curated setlist songs from each era of the long discography, which makes seeing them a different experience. And this was the my first time being at the newly renovated Webster Hall, which I missed going to since it was closed almost two years. The renovations are great, they keep the classic look of the venue, but updated many the side areas.

  • Old Punk’s Night Out

by Scotty Ramone on 8/5/19Webster Hall - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

The last time I was in that building was 1989 to see the Ramones when it was The Ritz. My return sure didn’t disappoint as Bad Religion put on a great show. I’m sure I will return to Webster Hall for future shows.

  • The Age of Unreason

by Lou on 8/5/19Webster Hall - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

One of those rare occasions where a band just gets better with age. The sold out crowd was very responsive going by the pit that formed and non stop crowd surfing. Maybe this age of unreason has something to do with it.

  • Great show and great venue with awesome sound

by Roy Vomit on 8/5/19Webster Hall - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Just and overall great experience with my 18 year old son. Bad Religion still putting on great shows. Great crowd with a lot of energy. Electronic tickets, parking garage a block away, show started at a reasonable time 9:15pm and ended 10:45pm. Made it home and was in bed before midnight.

  • The best to ever do it

by Jack Theungry on 8/3/19House of Blues Boston presented by Cricket Wireless - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

The ability of Greg, Brett and the band to keep writing songs that speak deeply to how to keep thinking critically, stay energized and find the will to fight for what's right in the ever evolving modern era is almost magical. I knew when Trump was elected that Bad Religion would be there for it to respond not just with frustration, but sharp insight and deep thought provoking heart. Not only did they not let me down. They knocked it out of the park. Their performance is a balm for irritating times, designed to get you back up and taking action to move our society back towards reason, justice and cohesion. Punk is the lifeblood of resistance to corruption and misuse of power, and Bad Religion are the best to ever do it.

  • Amazing

by Kevin on 8/3/19House of Blues Boston presented by Cricket Wireless - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Bad Religion was unbelievable live. Every song is played perfectly. It's refreshing to see a band that takes their craft so seriously and has such obvious attention to detail and precision.

  • 30 years of awesome

by NSW on 8/3/19House of Blues Boston presented by Cricket Wireless - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

I’ve seen Bad Religion many times over the decades and they’ve stayed unbelievably electric and relevant. Can’t wait to see them in the next 30!

  • Excellent

  • Bad Religion: A well-oiled punk rock machine

by Gabe on 8/3/19House of Blues Boston presented by Cricket Wireless - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

30+ years in and Bad Religion sounds as good as ever. Do they ever play a bad show?

  • Incredible Show

by Jimmy on 8/2/19Aura - PortlandRating: 5 out of 5

Great venue and Bad Religion always kills it, couldn't have been better

  • Good Music and Overpriced Beer

by Kyle C. on 7/30/19Bold Point Park - East ProvidenceRating: 3 out of 5

Event over all was great. Perfect weather. Pretty great line up, although a few more punk bands would round it out well. This place was better when you could bring in your own chairs and you didn’t have to refinance your home to buy a round of beers. $16 for a 16 Oz session ipa...

  • Bad Religion, Phoenix Toronto

by JDY on 7/28/19The Phoenix Concert Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely amazing performance!!! Great venue. The only way BR could improve, is by playing more songs. They had a nice mix of old and new hits and the crowd was rocking. Can’t wait for their next tour!

  • Fantastic Show

by FestMom on 7/28/19The Phoenix Concert Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Great show. I paid extra for balcony seating and it was worth it. We got front row balcony seats. Excellent view and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of Bad Religion, and the opening act, Dave Hause and the Mermaids. Love ghe venue and so glad to finally see this group play live.

  • Always Amazing

by Old Punk on 7/28/19The Phoenix Concert Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Bad Religion put on an amazing show at the Phoenix. Great mix of new and old music. Played over an hour and a half solid. The place was erupting with Energy the entire show. Fantastic!!!!

  • Great show

by Jimmay on 7/9/19Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome show, great set and great sound at the Burt.

  • Still rockin' it after 39 years!

    by t1mb0t on 7/8/19The Sylvee - MadisonRating: 5 out of 5

This is my 5th time seeing Bad Religion (over the last 25 years) and they still put on an absolutely amazing performance. It was great to see them include songs from their entire catalog, old and new. This is also my 2nd show at the Sylvee (1st was Ghost last year) and this is quickly becoming my favorite venue to see live music. The acoustics in the building are fantastic and the sound mix is perfect so that you can hear any individual part you're looking for. Another advantage is that it isn't super loud like many other venues around Wisconsin. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing Bad Religion when they come around again and hopefully it's back at the Sylvee.
