We were able to purchase tickets at a discount "late show special"I am glad we did not pay full price because we would have been disappointed. This show has amazing lighting and visual effects. Each scene change was amazing to look at. The puppetry is unique and special. I could have done with less singing and dancing. I wish the talent performed more such as trapeze performer.

It started off as a snoozer. Too much story and pizzaz with all the special effects. Got better when the acrobats started like the guy one arm handstanding on a tight rope đŽ i guess im more of an Absynthe or Mad Apple kind of guy. Le Rev was amazing though. I wouldnt see Awakening again but id see any of the others in a heartbeat. Just my opinion.
The show was great started on time their isn't a bad seat in the theater.this show has beautiful colors and cutting edge technology superior sound quality.i think technology wise other vegas shows should be taking notes and catch up although there are other great shows in vegas.i would go back again to see this show.
Pros- The venue is spectacular! In the round means you won't find a bad seat. The ushers were friendly and helpful. The dancers were amazing. Cons- We are older and the show just wasn't for us. Alot of techno and very predictable story line. If you have kids or teens this is a show they will thoroughly enjoy and it's choreographed fantastic! Some of the acts were amazing and reminded us of a cirque show but they few and far between.
Awakening was an extraordinary display of talent, stunning costumes, mesmerizing choreography, and spectacular lighting. We loved it so much, we were genuinely sad when it ended. Every act was incredible, there was so much happening that boredom wasnât even an option. Iâd absolutely watch it again!
We watched Awakening as our very first family show in Vegas, and it was an unforgettable experience! The kids were completely captivated from start to finishâeyes wide and fully engaged the entire time. The venue was stunning with comfortable, well-designed seating that gave us an amazing view of the entire production. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall magic of the night. We highly recommend Awakening as a must-see for families visiting Vegasâitâs a perfect mix of wonder, story, and spectacle that all ages can enjoy together.

We expected a lot more out of this production, especially given the hotel and the venue itself. The story was simplistic, which is fine, however, the execution of the story was boring, especially since there was no conflict or tension as the lead character was trying to retrieve what she needed to complete her task. The resolution at the end was also lacking any emotional tension leading to the happy ending. The lead moved well, but needs vocal training. Overall, the acting was weak with the exception of the actor who played Light. He was very talented, but his song was completely out of place within the context of the show. There was also way too much dancing and not enough acrobatics and circus acts. The dancing felt repetitive and didnât feel like it served the story as much as it could have. The best thing about the show where the technical elements. The use of the stage and lighting were superb. But thatâs not enough to meet the expectations we had. The most important element in any show is the heart and the execution of the story. This unfortunately did not meet the expectations.
I went in to this show with no expectations. I went with a group of women, ages ranging from 16-60, and it was recommended to one of us and we all left in awe. It was captivating and such a great additional for our weekend.
An amazing show I went in blind knowing nothing about the show and I was blown away. Anything the Wynn puts on is going to be outstanding.
Awakening is a technologically outrageous, visually stunning production with an absolutely predictable, Disneyesque story line. So be prepared to be wowed by everything you see and feel, but understand that the dialogue and plot are basically average. Worth the visit? Absolutely. Just right-size your expectations before you go.
This show, while visually stunning, is lacking in dance choreography and acrobatics. Very few scenes are choreographed with any skill more basic than a high school cheer squad. If you aren't wowed by flashing lights, loud music, and costumes, then there are far superior shows in Las Vegas. Go see O. Go see anything else. Save your hearing and your money.

Awakening is spectacular! As a resident of Las Vegas I get to bring family and friends to the show, I've seen it 3 times and each time it was new and vibrant. I love how they make changes every few months- its unique how the storyline remains the same but they incorporate new acts, updated dances yet keep the energy! Good Job Awakening I look forward to seeing your show again.
The atmosphere was fantastic! You could easily see the stage from any seating area! The costumes and stage effects were so amazing! I was on the edge of my seat waiting for each performance! I just couldn't wait to see what costumes were coming out next as each performance changed. It kept me captivated the whole time and the performers were world class athletes! Highly recommend!
If you completely ignore the corny story and cringy dialog, this is one of the most extraordinary experiences you will ever have. The set, the lighting design, the sound, the illusions are all the best things we have ever seen. This show is a MUST DO! (Just ignore the story line)
I've been to a lot of the shows in Vegas and this is my favorite! It was amazing. I loved that the story was easy to follow, the costumes are amazing and the performances are astonishing. I would recommend this show to anyone coming to Vegas.

If you're comparing this to other Cirque du Soleil shows, this one wins by a landslide. The story is fun and captivating, the music had me moving in my seat, and the visuals were absolutely awe-inspiring. If you're only seeing one show in Vegas, make it this one.
