This was my first time seeing Cirque du Soleil. The performance was overall very good, and the effects were spectacular. I thought the story line was a bit corny though.
Boring and weird . I didn’t like it and about fell asleep.

Love the theatre, but the show is missing the mark when it comes to the wow factor we look for in a Vegas show. La Reve was the best show on the strip so Awakening has big shoes to fill and they fell short unfortunately.
It was such an amazing experience to watch with my daughter. The show made you feel so engaged. It kept you gazing the entire time. The costumes, the lights the characters where all so unique Such a great great show
The Awakening is advertised as a certain type of spectacular event, to marvel the Cirque shows. What they don’t say in all of the advertisements, is that the entire performance is a “story”, with dancing, singing and play acting. There is very little true acrobatic, physical activity like the Cirque shows. Don’t get me wrong. The choreography, lighting and special effects are beautiful and very artistic. But as a show goes, it’s more equal to something like Lion King, where there is acting, singing and dancing, with very little acrobatic work at all. So don’t be shocked when you see the act. Read the program before the show starts so you get an idea behind the story. Otherwise, you will be disappointed if you think your are seeing an acrobatic event. It is nothing like the cirque shows. The VIP seating is extraordinary though and I’m glad I experienced the show in those seats with the special perks that came with VIP seating.
I recently caught the "Awakening"show in Las Vegas, and let me tell you, it was downright weird – in the most entertaining way possible! Despite some jokes that didn't quite land for me, the visual spectacle of the show made it an absolute must-see. One of the show's biggest strengths was its imaginative scenery. "Awakening"transported the audience through various phases, each with its own enchanting backdrop. The attention to detail in crafting these immersive settings truly added to the magic of the evening. As soon as the curtains went up, I was whisked away into a world of wonder and surprise. What set "Awakening"apart was its mix of entertainment styles. It seamlessly blended acrobatics, dance, illusion, and a captivating plot that held my attention from start to finish. The performers' talents were nothing short of jaw-dropping, and their energy was contagious. Now, to be honest, not every joke hit the mark for me. There were moments where the humor felt a bit forced or out of place, briefly pulling me out of the experience. But here's the thing: the show's visual extravaganza more than made up for it. One of the absolute highlights of the evening was the appearance of a majestic whale on stage. The way they brought this creature to life was nothing short of mesmerizing. It left me in awe, and it's safe to say that it was one of my favorite parts of the entire show. In the end, "Awakening"proved that even the quirkiest experiences can be incredibly enjoyable. It's a testament to the creativity and talent of the production team and performers. If you're up for a one-of-a-kind and captivating night out in Las Vegas that blends the bizarre with the beautiful, "Awakening"should definitely be on your list. It's an experience that will leave you talking about it long after the curtains close, and the visual spectacle alone makes it well worth the visit.
A stage is amazing! Stunning costumes! But the story line is weak. I guess, kids would enjoy it. What a disappointment. Nothing compares to Le Reve, a show that I saw several times and never got bored.

The show had excellent action, excellent music and entertaining “scenes“ but a really disjointed story that made it dull. It felt like it was trying to be a combination of other shows. There are better shows in Vegas.
We have been to almost every show in Vegas and AWAKENING was far above the rest when it comes to production. It was amazing! All of us were mesmerized. Well worth the money. I want to see it again and again!
We loved the whole show ! Down to costumes to the dancing & music . I highly recommend this show to anyone visiting Las Vegas. If it hadnt been for this show my Vegas trip would have been mediocre. THANK YOU WYNN!!!
I loved the choreography, the acrobats, and the storyline. A truly wonderful experience.
It was beautiful but there was little circus acts and more running around and dancing. Dancing and costumes were beautiful just wasn’t what I expected.
What a great show, it had my attention the whole time. Such an amazing stage, it was as entertaining as the actors / dancers. Don't want to leave out the behind the scenes people. It was an AWESOME show put on by all

Totally awesome experience. Cast was great with awesome costumes. The theme was very good and the singing, special effects was well delivered
"Awakening"dazzles with its technical brilliance, catchy tunes, outstanding puppeteering, and bold costumes inspired by Lady Gaga, Rammstein, and classic Broadway shows - a true testament to the costume designer's creativity. The music ties in perfectly with the plot, adding to the show's charm. On the downside, the storyline seems more suited for kids aged 5 to 10, which might not appeal to older viewers. The enjoyment was also disrupted by unnecessary clown antics. These elements made the show feel like being stuck in a cartoon meant for teens, contrasting sharply with its outstanding technical and musical achievements.
The show was just spectacular, every part of ir was breathtaking, has a little bit of everything, magic, musical, acrobatic, the costumes was amazing, the sounds, the technology , for me is one of the best shows ive been on
Music, lights, choreo and awesome entertainment in a beautiful venue…. A must see in Las Vegas!
