If you are a fan of super long, ridiculously loud and insanely violent movies - this one is for you. If you don't care for any of the above, like me, this was a total waste of money and 3 1/2 hours of your life that you will never get back.
Maybe the sound track was designed for a 15,000 seat arena - I saw it in an Imax theater that sat about 750. There was no reason to be that loud, unless your intended audience was for senior citizens that were hard of hearing,.
There was no need for it to go over 3 hours, and should have been edited down to 2.5 hours. Not necessary to drag the it out like it did. One of my group commented that they didn't get to the "water" part until 2 hours in.
The best part was the central water sequence, when you finally got to it.
I guess they just wanted to mirror the gun violence in today's society in the bulk of the movie.
Sorry folks, just telling it like I saw it.
