    Skillet was FAbulous!!

by redheadedqt44 on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

Will definitely see Skillet again soon ! Their overall show was absolutely phenominal! They should have been the main act ! Stone Sour was ok , but nothing special . Theory of a Dead Man was extremely flat!

    Skillet Rocks

by Anonymous on 3/28/11St. Paul River Center - St. Paul, MN

No way this tour makes it. Stone Sour needs to grow up. Saying the "f" word doesn't make you cool or a better sounding musician. Theory needs to just stay in the studio and finish what I'm sure will be another good album and then come out and headline their own tour. Based on how many people raised their hand to say it was the first time seeing Skillet, they clearly won the crowd over, they looked like they were having fun and we're happy to be there. I didn't see the first two bands, cuz who goes to a show at 5:30. Don't waste your money.

    New Skillet fan

by cbursiek on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

I am not a huge Stone Sour fan. I was more excited to see Theory of a Deadman, Halestorm and Skillet. All the bands did a great job. I wish Theory of a Deadman could have played longer.

    Skillet was awesome

by SuperKathi on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

The concert was great...........all the bands were great. The sound crew screwed up a couple of songs for Halestrom but the band just kept going like nothing was wrong.

    Avalanche...Skillet and Halestorm AMAZING

by Uremo on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

Skillet put on the best show. Love the strings and watching drums. Everything about them was awesome. They sounded great live. Halestorm sounded awesome live (except when there was a mic malfunction). She put on a great show and she hit every single note. I was bummed about the mic malfunction. Theory of a Deadman sounded terrible in concert and was boring to watch. Lead singer was off-key a lot of the time. I would not waste my time seeing Theory again. I thought Art of Dying was better than Theory. Their videos are way better. Stone Sour put on a good show and sounded great...they are just a little heavy for me.

    Skillet was awesome

by HDBADINFLUENCE on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

I was overly impressed with three of the five bands on this tour. Don't get me wrong the other two put on a good show. I just enjoyed the other three performances alot more. I sat in awe of the group Halestorm. The drummer was phenomenal and the singer amazing. Skillet blew me away and Stone Sour crowd pleasers. Would go see it again if I had the chance.

    AMAZING SHOW!!!!

by Fuzzball55901 on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

All the bands were fantastic, but Halestorm kicked major a$$!!!! The lead singer is like no other! Theory of a Deadman was even better than I had anticipated. If you have a chance to see this tour, GO!!!

    Concert with all big names!

by Matredshed on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

Many times the lesser bands open but this was a concert with all nationally know bands and I wanted to see all of them. They all did amazing! Lizzy Hale has a powerful voice and Corey Taylor has the most amazing voice.

I've seen Stone Sour prior to this - they're worth the effort by themselves. I was blown away by Skillet and Halestorm. I knew Theory of a Deadman better the either of them and althought they were great, I'd say they were 4th of the headliners. There were technical difficulties during Halestorm that took away from their performance a little but even though you couldn't hear her as well as you should have, you could tell she was feaking belting out the songs and they still rocked.

    Skillet rocked the house!!!

by Mauzer on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

Art of Dying - was an awesome opening band! Halestorm - was the second time I've seen them. They had some mic difficulties but once they got that fixed they of course did great! Skillet - first time seeing them. Was worth the money just to see them! Great performance. Bring them back again!!! Hate to say it - but Theory of a Deadman was boring. And lineup should have been set up differently. They could have been the opener. Need to put on a better performance. So needless to say we didn't stick around for Stone Sour - but had seen them at the target center last August so know what they have to offer.

    Stone Sour

by CoreyTaylorRocks on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

Stone Sour was phenomenal, they did a great job in getting all three albums into their setlist. I wished they would have played "Get Inside." Lzzy Hale looked gorgeous. Theory of a Deadman sucked, but the women there seemed to like them.

    All bands were amazing

by blinkfan91 on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

The only downfall was that it took a little long to get the show started which cut into the other bands performance times. The audio for Halestorm's mics were cutting out but they still screamed the words!!! After seeing Stone Sour at the Uproar tour I knew I'd love them again, and they did an amazing performance!!! Need to see them again!!! It was epic!!!!!

    Great Show Awesome music

by Toadman23 on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

All the bands did a great job and put on a show that was worth every penny. The bands sounded great and played like they were generally happy to be there. The crowd kinda sucked but the bands still played like it was a sold out show of 50,000 people. I would definitely recommend all of these bands. They all did an unbelievably good job playing live.

    It was ok... Skillet rocked!

by HeatherJ74 on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

So here's the scoop. I really went to see Skillet. They are my very favorite. I was disappointed in the other bands. Not musically but they're behavior. It is time that people start behaving better in public. I'm not a prude but really, does the "f word" need to be every other word that comes out of your mouth? Do you really need to use the middle finger as a rally sign? It just seems obnoxious and immature. The music was good. Some of the bands were better than others. Musically I think Skillet took top billing with Theory of a Deadman close second. Stone Sour was difficult to understand for someone who didn't know the music which was disappointing. Everyone who is totally into this kind of music seemed to have the time of their lives. In the end, I think it was a great concert but the behavior could have been a little less nasty. I just don't see how it is necessary.

by Aotto on 3/28/11Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre - St Paul

It was awesome to be a part of the very first Avalanche Tour! I was most impressed by Skillets Performance during the whole show! Also being a huge Theory fan, I wasn't let down. All bands did a great job.

Good concert, wish all bands would have played a few more songs.
