lots of beer to try, some good food stands. live music. ninja turtles and Mario brothers. what more can you ask for. I even gave away my fedora to a lucky fan... very nice crowd, all friendly. no vomit, no fights! see you all next year.
We have been going to Beerfest since the first iteration of it and have gone with the changes over the years. This year we tried the VIP passes, and honestly, I didnt feel the love. For the extra money it cost, the value just wasnt there. They had the same 4 "exclusive" beers all night, which werent great, all close to the same style... and the pourers were not versed in them at all. The worst part, there was no coat bag or storage check for us which ended up in my bag ended up getting stolen because I stupidly trusted the bartenders to watch it. It's cool you gave us the swag bag but maybe give it out at the end, or at least have a spot for us to put it... who wants to wear a backpack around Beerfest for 4 hours straight? During a concert?? I tried going to guest relations but the woman told me there was nothing she could do. All I wanted was the t-shirt and she wouldn't even help with that. I could see if I just left my bag lying around but I put it behind the bar and the bartenders said they would watch it, my mistake but its the only storage option available. My 3 stars aren't for that, it is for the price we paid there should have been some lockers or storage. The bathrooms were nice and it was cool that there was food, but I didn't feel like I wanted to hang up in the VIP, it was way more fun out in the Beerfest which was and will always be a 5-star event. I'll never waste my money on VIP again, that's for sure. Thanks for putting on a great Beerfest as always but you need to hire a better team to run VIP. It was almost double the price and was double the hassle.
Great beerfest, lots of brewers, vendors and activities. Lot's to do and not enough time. Great music.
Very awesome event. Tons of breweries, hard to try all of them in the time allotment.
This was my 8th AC Beerfest..awesome time as always...seems like there were more stands this year. My only critique is that just about all of the stands started closing down 20 mins before it was over. They should close down only when they run out of brew or when the closing time hits.
Went with a group of 9 people. Fun was had by all. Bathroom situation was much better then the previous year.
Beer selection is ridiculous.....band was awesome....no other beerfest comes close....only downs....very crowded and hard to walk around....despite 50 yds of open space before you get in...food selection limited and crowded....but..best time ever!
I have been to this event for 6+ years and I have never been dissatisfied. The event planners have always added new brewers and events to keep everyone entertained while walking around. I actually tried their beerfest bingo to try some beers that i normally would walk away from and i have found some hidden gems. I will definitely be keeping the streak going next year.
This was my first beer and music fest experience in AC and there was tons of great beer to try (which the portions were much bigger than I anticipated), fun games to play, good music to listen to, good food. and an overall fun experience with friends. We had a blast!

Every year is pretty much the same. It's always a great time. This year I went with my good friend Jerry. We have a blast every year we go. It was the 12th year in a row. I can't wait for next year 2020. God willing.
Great in theory. Tons of beer and entertainment. With all the space in that building, you squeezed everything into the back and people couldn’t move. There’s no reason for that with all the space available. Totally hindered the experience and caused us to leave early.
Poor utilization of Space. Some areas were so wide open. While others were crammed and packed with people. Bathrooms were disgusting about an hour in. Would also like a dated mug for keepsakes.
The AC Beer and Music Festival is consistently great. In addition to the quality breweries, there are bands, games, and prizes, all making this festival one of the most fun we attend each year.
The Atlantic City Beer Festival was awesome. We had a great time and enjoyed tons of beers, good food and some games. Some suggestions to make the experience even a little better: Set up some lounge areas or even just chairs around the perimeter or near the security gates to give people a chance to sit and chill for a little bit. This will also give patrons the opportunity to sip some of the brews, instead of just slinging them back to be ready for the next tent. The festival had almost all of the same style beer. Almost everything was an IPA or pale ale. Try bringing in more brown ales, vienna lagers and beers with stronger flavors. In order to play most of the games, you had to stand in a long line of people and wait for your turn. Set up something on an app where you can just put your name down and when it's 5 minutes before your turn or the person in front of you is up, have it ring or buzz your phone that it's your turn, so you don't have to wait in line. If an app is developed, have it set up that people can rank the beers and easily chose the ones they like, so they can remember at a later date.
Always a fun time. There is so much to do and so much going on! Beerfest NEVER disappoints.
Great time, great beer, great music. Keep bringing good bands to AC and I will keep going.

We had a great time. Arrived around 12:45 so there was no line to get in. The lines for beers were moving fast and there were plenty to try. Food was kind of hidden in the middle so we ended up getting pretzels before we found the food. It was a good time and we cant wait to go back next year.
both years i have gone to the ac beer fest (2017 and 2019) i've had the BEST time. i typically go because of the bands... the beer is actually just an added bonus. love it!!
