Kudos to the 100 Black Men of Atlanta for putting together a first rate event! My husband & I go every year and have a great time. This year was even better...TSU beat FAMU. Can't wait until next year.
The classic was fun as usual. As usual most of us waited for the battle of the bands and enjoyed it.
Awesome...100 and TSU music makers. This why I want to be a part of this. FAMU in 2011. Here I come baby. I want to be a part of the 100 and experience that Rattler Pride. School of Pharmacutical Science !!!!!!!!!!!!!! You Heard me. Trumpet1 is out
Fun, but not as much as the previous years. Also, less people attended than anticipated. Ticket prices more than likely attributed to the low attendance.
This event was very educational for my teen group. The 100 Black Men of ATL hosted a very professional college fair at the Georgia World Conference Center (GWCC). I'd like to say thank you to all the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) who made this event a success.
The game was awesome! I loved the game and the band was good!
Friends and I loved it. It was their first time and my 3rd being at the Atl football classic. Everything from the game & battle of the bands, to the dancers, food and tailgating outside the Georgia Dome was a pleasure. Not to mention the crowd of supporters every year and the energy associated with the event.
wonderful event. attendance down from previous yrs and FAMU came up short. I'll be back next year.
I enjoyed the entire event from the great vendors outside to the game on the inside
It was great the giveaways the food and the bands were awesome TSU looked like it was going to get a beatdown but they put the smackdown on FAMU looking forward to next years battle
The game was great as usual. I was more than happy that TSU finally was able to win a game. The attendance this year appeared to be lower than previous years. I personally think advertisement for the game needs to improve. I live in South East Dekalb, and I did not see any advertisement in that area. With SWD in my backyard, I would think there should have been more advertisement.
I thought the half time should have been better. The radio hype it up and it didn't live up to my expectation.
Minimally interesting football game, low energy half time show by both bands, disappointing afternoon in general. Has been high energy excitement from arrival 'til departure in the past.
The American Football Classic held at the Georgia Dome was kickass. Both school bands (FAMU Rattlers and TSU Tigers) were hot. The game was thrilling with TSU bringing home the win. The seats were great, practically on the field. The crowd was excited, and everyone was having fun. Really good experience.
Great atmosphere.My two children loved everything especially the bands. FAMU'S band is huge.Great!
I expected a lot more from the battle of the band. Where was the battle? It was weak The fact that it was in Atlanta, Ga. I expected a lot more. Not only was the Football Classic Battle of the band weak, the parade was weak as well. I expected so much more.
TSU played their hearts out. FAMU acted like they did not have any go about them. They had sorry plays and to me they just was not trying. Even TSU band was great this year.
THE GAME WAS GREAT. I WILL ATTEND AGAIN NEXT YEAR AND BRING A FRIEND.
Although my team was not victorius this year, I enjoyed the festivities and will be sure to partake in next years event. Bank of America always buts on a good show.
My family and I loved the Classic; we look forward to going each year. For the ultimate fun time, this is the place to be! I hate FAMU lost ( they are my team), but hey some one has got to lose. I wouldnt change anything.... just look forward to it growing better and better each year!
