With each moment that country singer-songwriter Ashley McBryde spends onstage, she reveals she's 100 percent the real thing. From her rough-and-tumble, tatted-up image to her emotionally naked songwriting and unadorned, from-the-heart performance style, this is a lady who's not putting on any airs. Backed by a full band and letting her rocking side show through, or performing with only her own acoustic guitar for company, McBryde lays it all out in a full-throttle, no-nonsense fashion. She's a storyteller at heart, and that quality comes through whether she's singing a detail-rich tune like "A Little Dive Bar in Dahlonega" or chatting up the audience in between songs and sharing select slices of her life.

Ashley McBryde comes from the school of pulling yourself up by your own bootstraps. Instead of waiting around to be discovered by a big label, she leapt into the fray and took matters into her own hands. The Arkansas singer-songwriter set about following her destiny in country music by releasing two albums under her own steam, the first arriving even before she made her 2007 move to Nashville. But after putting in plenty of hard work to get her soulful vocal style and compelling story-songs to a wide audience, McBryde eventually gained considerable traction. She released her major-label debut album, Girl Going Nowhere, in 2018, reaching the upper rungs of the country charts in the process. By the time the dust cleared, McBryde had been nominated for a pair of Grammys as well as nabbing the coveted CMA and ACM new artist awards in 2019. She rose even higher with her next album, 2020's Never Will, ascending to loftier levels on the country albums and singles charts and serving notice that her kind of country music had come to stay.

Ashley was very professional and was spot on in spending time playing her music instead of talking. Was happy to hear the entire new CD and some of the old favorites. The Band was awesome and the show was as well. Thanks Girl. You are going somewhere!
Great venue. Nice seats. Sound quality was just OK where our seats were. Ashley always performs awesome so no surprise that it was a great performance
This was the first time seeing Ashley McBryde as the headliner. It won’t be the last. What an amazing show. There are few performers who know how to connect with the audience and Ashley is definitely one of them. You can tell by the diversity of her fans. Awesome Performance.
Ashley McBryde is a bad ass!! She gave the best concert I've ever been to!! The Fillmore was beautiful and the seats were AMAZING!!! Loge seating is the way to go!!
Stupid that the venue lines everyone up outside the building then opens the door at 7 and the opener doesn't start till 8. If they had listed 8pm showtime I wouldn't have had to stand in line for a half hour! Ashley was great! Absolutely wonderful.
Ashley McBryde's music comes from the depths of a woman who has worked her butt off, has worked to break down barriers and be accepted on both a personal and professional level, has surrounded herself with incredible musicians, and has brought truth to the music industry. I could sit every night forever and watch her perform her music. She connects. She becomes your friend. She gets IT and she just keeps getting Better!!!
Ashley is a first class entertainer and gives 100% throughout her performance. The Filmore in Detroit was also amazing, what a great venue to watch your favourite entertainer

Fantastic show! Ashley’s voice has so much more depth and soul than her recordings. Spotify allowed me to play the set and familiarize myself with the songs I didn’t know well. Found my self singing along with everything. She closed with Bible and a .44 it doesn’t look like she always plays and my favorite song. She did all her other hits. Five stars thanks for coming to Indy.
Ashley was absolutely amazing , her showmanship , her voice her storytelling all off the charts . One of the best shows I've ever been to without a doubt .
Great opening act with Hunter O'Neill. Ashley sang all of her hits and just sounded fantastic. Great crowd interaction. Can't wait to see her again.
We have a great time at the old national center. My only complaint is that it was extremely cold inside probably 60 degrees, they would allow us to go out to our cars to get jackets. Multiple people were complaining and the works all had on heavy coats.
We travelled all the way from Australia to see Ashley. It was worth every mile, she was amazing in concert!

There’s just no other show that i can compare to Ashley & The Deadhorse Band. This was my 12th show of theirs & they just keep getting better & better! I brought my mom to this show, we came from WA state. Ashley’s mom was there too & even went on stage with her! That was pretty precious! 😍😍
