  • HE has done better

    by N LEW on 4/25/25Rating: 3 out of 5

He came to agganis arena didnt know it was a college evene i spent 200 dollars plus hotel and flight from htx and wish it would have been better didnt like how he did not how he did not pay attention to floor seat people at all he only catered to the stands which is nice but if i known i would have got a stand seat instead but i love him to death but wanted more from my man ! Will see him again soooon.

  • Very bad. It was my first and the last one.

    by Miss k on 4/19/25Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 1 out of 5

Never again. Started late, sing probably 3/4 songs and the concert was done. $200 waisted.

  • Underwhelming Performance

by Tari on 4/18/25Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 1 out of 5

The performance lasted only 50mins and he didn’t have a live band. He lacked his usual energy and dancing which usually makes him a great performer. The ticket prices and the performance were very disjointed. The concert was scheduled for 8pm but he didn’t start until after 10pm.

  • Late

by El on 4/16/25Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 3 out of 5

He was 2.5 hours late and performed for less than an hour

  • All round entertainer

by Prince on 4/16/25Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Asake is an all round entertainer. He gives value to all his audience. Thumbs up for a wonderful performance.

  • Conflicted

by Asake Lover on 4/15/25Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

I love ASAKE, but I feel like because it was a college sponsored concert (which I was unaware) he didn’t bring a full show. There was no band, no real stage set up. A 180 from his concert in New York when I went before. To make matters worse, people were rushing upfront obscuring the view (‘mind you I had front row seats). The employees were unable to get control of the crowd. Ultimately, if I knew it was a college sponsored concert, I would have waited and gone to one of his concerts that he sponsored. Not to mention, he only performed for 45 minutes

  • Could've been better

by Bleugeoise on 4/15/25Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 3 out of 5

Hi - I thought the show couldve used some improvement. I sat for hours with lack of entertainment. No opening acts? All this local talent and you couldn't find a local artist to open for Asake? Also, no step teams from the school or greek organizations to perform? I think thats what was missing. This could've been a major platform to advance differnt infinity groups as well on campus. African dance clubs or anything align with black culture.

  • Mr. Money with the vybz!

    by Aggie K. on 4/15/25Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Asake came on too late but the quality was worth the wait. Would love to see him perform a longer set with more of his hits. We loved the way he worked the crowd and made sure each side got an experience.

  • Fun but lackluster

by TwoTunez Network on 4/15/25Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 3 out of 5

once i found out that Asake was finally coming to Boston I was so excited however it being a college led event definitely was telling and this is not judgement to BU - this concert should've been hosted at HOB or MGM. I also think it was not advertised enough and was advertised as a college event which made it seem like more of an appearance rather than a concert. Asake should come back to Boston but not for a college event - but for a real concert, performing at least 80% of his discography - it would've been a 10/10 instead of a 6/10.

  • Poor

by Denning on 4/15/25Big Night Live - BostonRating: 1 out of 5

The timing was not as described on the tickets, plus after party shouldn’t be as boring as what Asake did.
