Amasing show !! Saw them for the first time and I loved every second of it !
This was the best live show I have ever been to. I was a fan before, but now the RAA is my number 1 favourite band.
This band has a great energy and put on a very fun, intimate, live show!
I've seen RAA at 3 very different venues, from a street festival to an intimate event at a tiny bar with 20 people and now at Danforth, where the acoustics are incredible. They just continue to amaze me more and more. The energy they have is so genuine and it hits hard when the music hits you. When they play, I dont even think about pulling out my phone to record any of it. Im entranced by the lyrics, the vocals, the drums, the beat. I get lost in listening and feeling the permant goosebumps they leave behind. RAA is the band that I will never miss one of their shows and I will promote loudly as everyone needs to feel the euphoria they deliver. I truly can't put t into words, you have to trust me and see for yourself. RAA is incredible. Xoxo
One of the best shows I've ever seen. Period. And I see a lot of shows :)
amazing show at an amazing venue. I will definitely see them the next time they are in NYC.
I went to this show for an opportunity to see July Talk. They were great. The duo of lead singers for this band are Leah and Peter and the two of them play off of one another really well. Whether she is dancing, playing with Peter or singing with her beautiful and unique voice, you can't take your eyes off of Leah. The band was great too. I highly recommend seeing this great group as I am hopeful that they will become more and more popular soon (and will ultimately play much larger venues).
This was really a great show. Dear Lions opened and were very good. Reminiscent of The Smiths and Morrissey. Hospitality was Ok. Nothing special. The RAA however were Excellent. They mixed in songs from Hometown, their first album, with songs from their most recent release, Departing. I got turned on to the band with Departing. The songs are great and the drummer was amazing. After the show I met Nils, the guitarist/singer and Paul the high octane drummer. Music Hall of Williamsburgh is a great place to see anyone.
I was not a huge fan when I went to the concert (my husband was). But after seeing them perform live-I am now. They were really good live, full of energy and played an interesting variety of instruments. Very fun show!
