    Best Texas Country live performance!

by RedDirtMusic on 2/6/24Tannahill's Tavern and Music Hall - Fort Worth

To date, he’s my favorite Texas Country act to see live. He’s truly a performer; always full of anecdotes, cheers and smiles. His band is truly versatile and one of the few who utilize the piano, trumpet, wash board and the accordion. And always a surprise in song playlist, sometimes they’ll do a Freddy Fender cover, other times it’s a Spanish corrido or a Billy Joel or Journey cover.

    Texas Country is 🔥

    by Roo Roo on 8/20/23

Still the best performer and overall performance in Texas Country. Such eclectic use in their sound and instruments. Loved to see that his dad still travels up to Fort Worth with him at 89.

    Great Music

    by M. P. on 6/4/22

Our first Roger Creager concert. Great music and atmosphere at Ozarks Amphitheater in Camdenton, MO. Will definitely buy tickets again. Their music brought back great memories of my home state of Texas and South Padre. All the songs were great. High energy, good vibes and great music by great musicians. Thank you RC.

    2 great Texas musicians

by EarlDirt on 10/4/16El Paso County Coliseum - El Paso

Charlie Robison and Roger Creager were great as I knew they would be. The event was held outside with a bar and food trucks. Made it easy to get a drink, some food or grab a smoke without bothering anyone. However, the cons of the event were having it opened by some guy named Abe Mack. Generic Nashville sound. Run of the mill and a good example of why I never listen to country radio. Also DJ Primo was very annoying. In the future why not just have recorded music between acts.

Possibly the best concerts I've ever been to. The venue was small but was perfect. It was Roger Creager, so of course the music was awesome, and Roger and his band were friendly and accessible after the show. And to top it off, tickets were only $10.

Well, what can I say...this was a great show! I have seen Roger many times in Texas (where I'm from). Now that I live in New England, I was so excited to find him playing close by. The venue is small and intimate which was great. It probably holds about 200 people. Roger & the band played a great show. Great energy and amazing songs! We were even treated with Roger's dad joining him onstage for 'Rancho Grande'. Good stuff. Roger is a great, high energy live performer. Honestly, his CDs don't do him justice. Live is where it's at! Don't hesitate to go see him if you have the opportunity. The only complaint I have is that the show was too short. Only 1 hour since it was an early show...I was just getting warmed up! lol! But seriously, worth it - even for just the 1 hour. I would do it again in a second!

    had a great time

by animal1 on 8/3/10Concrete Street Amphitheater - Corpus Christi

This was my first time at Concrete Street. The venue was nice, Also first time to see Fowler and O'Toole, seen Creager before and always enjoy his concerts. Fowler put on an excellent show. Seems like he really likes what he does. drinks were a little expensive, but the beer girls are a very good idea. Next time I'll get the VIP tickets.
