About

For more than 20 years, Usher has captured the music world with his sensual croon, R&B anthems, club hits, and self-proclaimed “revolutionary pop.” Usher’s 2012 album Looking 4 Myself spawned the megahits “Scream” and “Climax,” the latter sustaining an 11-week reign atop Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, his 12th number one on the chart, and earning Usher a Grammy Award for Best R&B performance. Ticket buyers praise Usher’s sheer athleticism and explosive dance numbers in concert, but also appreciate his agile voice when his falsetto elicits screams from the crowds. Usher has toured and collaborated with many artists including Trey Songz, will.i.am, and Miguel. Usher was key in Justin Bieber’s career mentoring the young popstar and was a coach on NBC’s reality singing competition The Voice during its fourth season.

Usher found success in the late 1990s with hits like “Nice & Slow” and later with his Grammy Award-winning singles, “U Remind Me” and “U Don’t Have to Call.” A critics and fan favorite, Confessions (2004) produced the massive hits “Yeah!” and “Confessions Part II.”
Usher is currently working on his next album and will appear in “Hands of Stone” as the boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard alongside Robert De Niro in 2014.

    Usher is AMAZING!!!!

    by Ed on 1/11/24

I do not understand how many people dare to come here and release their frustration and disappointment about my bro Usher's performances. How many times have you been disappointed in yourself and written about it on a media platform? Usher without a doubt is a very amazing artist. Usher doesn’t need advice from regular people for his artistry. So, if you don’t have anything nice to say about it, “Hit the road, Jack, and don’t ya come back, no more, no more, no more, no more.” Usher 4ever.

    Detroit Jingle Ball

    by r. t. on 1/10/24

It would have been fine if he was an opener but actually ruined the end of the night as the headliner. His “Motown Style” performance was horrible. He did not sing, dance, or entertain at all. Been waiting 20 plus years to see him and was very disappointed.

    Strivers achieve what dreamers believe

    by Darshelle Jones on 12/14/23

Usher really knows how to put on a show! His interaction with his crowd night after night was exciting and I admire him for that. He completed his two year residency here in Las Vegas, Nevada without cancelling one concert. His wardrobe changes were pleasing to the eye. He presented unreleased songs that had never been heard before outside the arena. The events were structured very well all the way down to the drinks being served. Sound quality was clear and you could hear every word that he would say or sing without distortion. He had success at his month long residency in Paris, France at La Seine Musicale I have been an Usher fan since the beginning of his career and I am so proud of how far he has come from his beginnings trying to find his own path in the music industry to proving naysayers wrong. Negative commentators said that in 20 years he wouldn't have his own residency in Las Vegas and he proved them wrong.

    Jingle all the way!!!

    by Pete on 12/10/23

I enjoyed the entire concert. Usher’s performance was live and great. I was happy to see that it was really him singing and not the equipment. The other act were equally as nice Flo Rida. I’m a fan now Mr. Jolly excellent performance. I’m hearing that Usher is going back to Vegas. I will go there to see him.

    Amazing Entertainer

by Ashley B on 12/7/23Dolby Live - Las Vegas

Usher is all-around amazing from the vocals to the dancing to the looks. However, I do wish the show was longer. I don’t know if it flew by because I was enjoying it that much but it is definitely worth experiencing an Usher show once in life. Additionally, the set up of the seating worked out very good because it seems as if you can see him pretty well at any angle.

    Outstanding Show!!!!

by Lauren J. on 12/6/23Dolby Live - Las Vegas

Usher is the epitome of a performer who puts it all on the stage! He worked and danced and sang and sweat... and looked PERFECT doing it all! The space was nice, no seat seemed to have obstructed views, it wasn't to big and not to small for a enjoyable experience.

    Disappointed

    by S. R. on 12/6/23

We saw Usher at Jingle Ball in Detroit and I was very disappointed. I have seen him in the past and he was amazing! But this time he performed with his band, did not hit any of his high notes (not even attempted) maybe 8 songs and only sang parts of them and the crowd was doing the majority of the singing. Everyone at the end was in shock when it came to a sudden end. Was not a fan of Jelly Roll until this show…he was amazing!

    Jingle Ball 2023 Detroit

    by NRR on 12/6/23

His backup singers sang 80% of the time. He let the crowd sing most of the time. He didn’t play any of his hit songs. He showed little to no talent

    by Kennychan on 12/6/23

I was so disappointed…. So excited to see usher it was nice and all , but all the high notes or long notes he wasn’t singing for real , his back up singers sang more and he had the crowd singing more of the songs than himself …. I’m sure he’s better than this, hopefully he’s better next time I get to see him

This was my first time seeing Usher live and the show did not disappoint. Nonstop energy, entertainment and the vocals for over 2 hours. We flew in from the east coast to make the last Vegas residency show and if I could do it again I would! This is in my top 3 of best shows
