Undoubtedly one of the most beloved and successful international artists of today, Mexican performer Luis Miguel has been thrilling fans since 1990 with his exceptional live performances and top selling albums. He made musical history by being the only Latin American performer to have two platinum albums in the US (Romance and Segundo Romance)--both comprised of beautifully performed, sentimental South American love songs. Miguel is also the winner of three GRAMMY Awards and has, to date, 34 platinum records throughout South and Central America.

Quality singing, professional show and amazing ambience. Will definitely go see Luis Miguel again!!!
I love moody center! Luis Miguel was amazingly perfect !
Horrible! He is not even singing how he really sings. He he shortnes the words in the song and never reached the note for the song. At times he is almost talking the song! Not one single word directed towarss the audience !!!! Ridiculous that I pay $3000 for the 2 tickets to give to my husband for his bday! If I would have know never would I have spend that amount of money to come see him!!!!!
Really enjoyed seeing Luis Miguel for the 3rd time. Great music an talent in one show. Guy can sing, musicians are top notch!! The only downside was my seat at the Arena. I had a bit of an obstructed view thanks to the giant speakers and the area I sat it.
The show was incredible in the aspect of being able to see the king, it was worth the money, he sang very well, he looked energetic, the lights, the musicians, only the only detail were his multiple pauses but out of there it was very good.
His show was a disappointment, I was expecting for him to provide at least two hour performance and sing more with mariachis, he barely did a 1 and 1/2 hour performance and looked tired and like he wanted to get out of here. Never again will I attend any of his shows again.
It has been over two weeks since my mom (69), my daughter (20), and I (40) went to this concert. The concert started about 30 minutes late, but that is not a big deal for us. The songs and the band were really good. Luis Miguel's energy was good. He sang plenty of songs, and the public was so engaged in singing all of his songs. The content was good. Yet, as of this day, I still can't believe that he never addressed his audience—he did not say hi, had zero interaction with the public, and most upsetting of all, he didn't say thank you at the end of the concert. He waived bye and crossed his arms as a form of thank you, but he never used his voice to address the public. His concert lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. At the end, people started booing him, and I do not disagree with them. His tickets were more expensive than those of other artists, and the fact that I guess 'he is to good for the rest of the public', shows zero respect for those of us that have purchased his albums and concerts. At the end, you leave with disappointment and frustration for not interacting with his public. You were able to hear the comments of other attendees as they left the venue. Because of his lack of humility, I will not be attending another Luis Miguel concert.
He showed up 45 minutes late, did not address the audience when he came on stage or when he left. The music was so loud and his mic was so low you could not hear his voice or appreciate the song. He only sang for and hour and half after being late and no encore. I really like his music but it was a disappointment.
The concert was to short 90mins long for the amount of money we paid
He only sang 1 hr and 30 min, he didn't even say hello, good night or any word to his public, he stopped more than 3 times the show because since the first minute he appeared to the scenario he was scolding to the sound technician all the time. The most part of the time he put to microphone to the public so he didn't have to sing and some times he couldn't even hit the high notes.... very disappointed performance.
The event was full with Luis Miguel fans that loved to sing along with his music. Sadly, he was getting excessive feedback from his microphone. There were several pauses to the concert. They were not able to fix the problem. The singer held his microphone far from his mouth. Poor sound. He was also aloof. No words to the fans, no mention of El Paso. It would have been a great $25 concert. Unfortunately we paid $450 per ticket.
It was a good show but the sounds had a lot of issues.
I loved it! It was so worth it. I would do it again if he returned.
Excelent service! ❤️❤️ Ticketmaster it's they best!
Luis Miguel's voice and songs make you go back in time just remembering all those years back in time...just wonderful!
I have seen Luis Miguel several times and this was my last time I go to one of his concerts, first I does not interact with his fans not even a hello or goodbye he just came out did his job and left. Times change and concerts to he needs to come back to earth. There was some technical issues with his microphone that all of us quickly knew but it got annoying because all of the concert he kept on giving signals about the microphone and he left two times without saying anything. Every time he goes broke he comes back sings and we pay again for a concert that is not worth it it was just like watching a hologram it's not worth it, don't waste your money on that old artist that has nothing new and worth paying for.
The sound quality was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. We could hardly hear him singing. Although they paused twice in an attempt to fix the sound, it never got better. I would have rather them fix the issue completely than continuing the concert the same way.
Luis Miguel was very distracted because he kept telling his musicians about some issues with the sound, this lasted more than half of the concert, I would like to be possible for at least 50% refund of our 3 tickets, it was not the highest quality expected from him. Only the last 30-40 mins of the show he got better and that because of the mariachi band.
I took my mother and her sister to see Luis Miguel for their first time ever. It was an amazing show. My mom idolized him as a child so it was surreal being able to fulfill her longtime dreams of seeing LM.
