This is my first professional soccer game. It was absolutely amazing. I am going back next weekend to see another game with my son.
Went to watch soccer, they play soccer. Would recommend, unless you dislike soccer.
This was a really fun evening to spend with my daughter. We enjoyed the atmosphere, fans were great, venue is wonderful. Parking is a little crazy, but we managed.
The Hounds need to work on the fan zone. Last year they jad multiple food trucks there. This year, not so far.
Took my Wife and grandkids and it was a great experience - only drawback was having our car blocked in and having to wait for others to decide to leave before we could get the kids home leaving the west lot.
I sat in the seats on the river side for opening night. it was a great atmosphere and an overall fun time. I will be back again this year. Being from out of town it was great to be able to stay at the Sheraton and just walk over to the ballpark. The level of play was great, the staff were very helpful and courteous. It was neat to be so close to the action and the seats are very comfortable. If I had any suggestion for improvement it would be to put a time clock on the bleacher side of the stadium so those sitting on the river side can know what the time is during the game. Thanks for a great time and see you soon!
We absolutely love going to the games! They are affordable, and so much fun! The team is so wonderful, my 8yo also really enjoys getting to run the field and getting to meet them after the games.
It was average at best. For being the home opener it sure didn't feel like it. Stadium wasn't full and nothing really going on inside
Soccer game was great. The stadium is hard to get around when there’s a big crowd
Quick and easy entering the stadium. Tailgate zone is fun, food, drink and music. Not a bad seat inside the stadium.
I was able to meet some of my role models after the game when they allowed people onto the field. I was even able to get pictures with them. Also the game was amazing itself. Great comeback.
We really enjoyed the whole game experience. Great sporting event feel but very family friendly. I didnt have to worry about drunk crazed sports fans doing stupid stuff. Great seats but i dont think theres a bad seat in the place. We will return again next season for lots more games!
We sat on the riverside of the field and it was awesome being that close! We also saw the players walking onto the field at the beginning! Awesome!
We absolutely love the Riverhounds and love going to games to support them! This review has nothing to do with the players and the staff. The stadium however leaves much to be desired. The screen - first of all, it's too small for a stadium that size, and why only one screen? If you were going to go with one screen, at least make it larger than the one that's there. But it doesn't really matter because the image quality is abysmal and the replays are hit or miss to be honest (sometimes they'll play a replay and sometimes they won't). The sound system is in need of a serious upgrade. We've literally sat in seats that gave me a headache - I'm sure would give others a migraine. The bass is so bad you can't even have a conversation with the people sitting right next to you. The bathrooms are small, dark, and dingy. There is a towel dispenser in the bathroom furthest East in the stadium that I've never seen working - the paper towels just sit on the ledge of the trash can and you unwrap to use it, if that makes sense. More seating or pub/cocktail tables to eat food on would be amazing. We've gotten into the habit of eating before going because there's usually nowhere to sit or stand to eat except your lap. There's just so many things that could be done to improve the experience. These things won't make us stop coming to games because we love football (soccer) and we want to support our home team! But upgrading the stadium would make the experience far more enjoyable. :)
What a great night with the family watching the Riverhounds. The play was intense and everything about the evening was great. Parking was a breeze as well. There will be more Riverhounds matches in our future!
Great venue, friendly staff, welcoming environment for all!
It was tied but team fought hard to win! We loved the grilled burgers actually on the grill!! Maybe give some other options for gf people
I attended the game with my wife son and his friend. We sat in the riverview seats, which are the best in the house and we’re treated to a hard fought well played draw. We were able to go on the field after the match and see all of the players interact with fans for about 25 minutes and it just warms one’s heart to see fans and professional athletes talking and getting autographs on whatever they can find. It is a community building event that brings those who love soccer (futbol) together in way that transcends age, politics, race, creed, etc.
This was my sons first riverhounds game and we couldnt be more pleased. Our seats were amazing, and reasonably priced. After the game he got autographs and ran on the field. His experience was magical!
