It was a very exciting game.

    by Dave on 8/29/23

Minor league makes you feel like you have gone back in time to when trip to the ballpark had a different feel. Less commercial and real baseball. Loved this park. Parking lot conveniently located. Video was nice although I have to say that picking and displaying the players info when the next batter came up was glitchy and awkward. Something wrong somewhere in the network

    by Ace on 8/28/23

Went to see our hometown Norfolk Tides play the Durham Bulls at Harbor Park. Nice night out, good beer and hotdogs (along with a free hat). An enjoyable evening.

    Never a dull moment!!

    by Brenda on 8/27/23

Without planning it, we ended up attending on 50-cent hot dog, soda, and popcorn night so aside from the expected long lines, the entire experience was excellent! We snagged second-row end seats at first base so you could see the sweat rolling off the player's foreheads so I was able to take a few awesome pictures. Aside from watching the game, what I liked most was how happy most people in the stands around us were and the joking and camaraderie we enjoyed. The stadium is clean (I didn't visit the restrooms so I can't comment on them) and most of the vendors were very friendly! We both agreed at the end of the night - for the amount of money spent, you can't beat spending an evening rooting for the Tides!

The Orioles have so much talent in the minors. What a great experience to see future all stars at Norfolk.

Great Saturday game (doubleheader) followed by an awesome fireworks display. No trouble with traffic getting in or out. Thanks for a great time.

    Day Games Are Awesome

    by Bobby on 8/6/23

The Tides are having a great season and Thursday day games are a great way to see the team play baseball without the lights. The pace of play seems faster and even with an extra inning we were out of the stadium and on the way home before the evening commuter rush hour. The stadium is fantastic and concessions are first rate.

Very nice evening at the Tides

    by Honestly on 8/5/23

The atmosphere was great as was the weather. The game was entertaining, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. There are two things that Ticketmaster could have done better: 1. A map showing shaded and non-shaded areas. 2. Provided something indicating that the event was actually a doubleheader and that the first game (at least, I didn’t stay for the second) was shortened to 7 innings.

Extremely satisfied with the ticket purchase made through Ticketmaster. I especially liked being able to transfer tickets to my sons so I did not have to wait at the gate.

Ticketmaster is the only way I buy our tickets to the Tides Games, and to all of our events that are available on Ticketmaster. It is so easy and convenient! I have always had a great experience!

email pick up at park a disaster.

    by JW on 7/28/23

Ordered six tickets, 6 adults & 2 greatgran sons. Got to park at ticket window 45 minutes before start of game so kids could go down & maybe get to talk to Nashville plyers as they are from Chattanooga. 1. attendant couldn't locate our account. After almost half hour he located our tickets. Which were not on the second as requested and paid for but on the third deck. Im 93 yrs old not easy claim. 2. When are finally got to our seats the game was get ready to start. Kids missed out on all pregame action. 3. No great memories for the9 & 5 year old kids. Bottom line last time I will settle for e tickets. If I don't have hard copies I'm passing on buying. Could have saved almost a $100 by not going via e ticket. JW

    Not a great first experience

    by Baseball Fan on 7/18/23

My husband and I travel and enjoy visiting different ball parks so we've seen a few to compare. Getting to the park and parking were surprisingly easy with a short walk to the stadium from the parking lot. That was about all the positive experience though. We found our seats only to find about 3 inches of standing water at our feet due to a clogged drain. We decided to sit a row up until those people showed up to move us. Thankfully nobody ever came to those seats. We went to find dinner and were surprised at all the great looking options and the fact that some vendors still took cash!! We decided on the BBQ vendor, ordered our food but couldn't find forks. I had to look around and ask the lady 3 times where she was pointing and was just met with nasty attitude. I'm sorry I can't see through people! It turns out they were sitting by the register on the other side of their booth, turned so that they cannot be seen from where I was standing. I tried not to let the attitude ruin my evening so we found a table to stand at and eat. We watched the rest of the game and enjoyed the fireworks after the game but overall, it was just not a great experience. The park needs updates and maintenance (ie drains cleaned) so we likely won't be back anytime soon. There are much nicer parks in our travels with friendly faces happy to make it a positive experience.
