Her most recent special Bothering Jesus is her fifth hour long stand-up special and third special to be available on NETFLIX. Her highly anticipated sixth stand-up special, Hunting Bigfoot that will premiere world-wide on February 21st, 2023 as an Amazon Original. She's won the American Comedy Award for "Best Female Comedian" and the Phyllis Diller award for "Best Female Comedian." She has written and produced for Lewis Black's Root of All Evil on Comedy Central and done multiple USO tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

This is the 4th time I have seen her, and she just keeps getting better. Her opening act, Mike, was one of the best she has had. Love Baby Cat and Not Friendly!!

    Poor Venue

by KG on 2/21/24Talking Stick Resort - Scottsdale

Kathleen Madigan was AMAZING! The venue was not. Flat ballroom floor meant all we could see was the backs of the heads of the people in front of us. You could watch on the Jumbo screen off to the side, but the bar menu was right under it and was at least 5 times brighter than the tv.

    She was great, as always!

by LindaB on 2/21/24Talking Stick Resort - Scottsdale

First time seeing Kathleen Madigan in person and she was great, as usual! Wonderful way of telling stories, so very funny, makes you wish she was your friend. Well worth the drive and overnight stay to see her. Her opening act, Chris Voth, was very funny, too. Only criticism of the venue was that the music while we waited for the start of the show was too loud.

I love Kathleen, watch alot of her!!! I so enjoyed the evening. Her lead out comedian was funny, really enjoyed him. I brought a friend, wasn't sure she would like her, but she laughed the entire time. Money well spent. Kathleen is someone I'd love to just hang out with one night.!!!

    Madigan Outstanding/Venue Seats Not

by JS on 2/20/24Talking Stick Resort - Scottsdale

Madigan was so on target with all of her jokes, as was the warm up act Chris Long, I think was his name. What WASN'T ok, was that the 2 folks that sat next to us were way too big for the seats provided, thus spilling over to mine & leaving me ½ seat to sit on, with me sitting partially on my husband's seat. I can empathize with weight issues, & sadly, they really should have bought 3 seats for the 2 of them. In hindsight, I should have told someone at the venue at the time, as it made our experience less than enjoyable. I would suggest that Ticketmaster have some kind of policy that if you exceed x pounds, then you need to buy another seat, perhaps at ½ price so you aren't gouging them. We all paid the same price for the tickets, and their excessive size should not have been allowed to hinder our experience of a fun night out.

    Disappointed this time

by Disappointed on 2/20/24Talking Stick Resort - Scottsdale

We were disappointed at the venue (basically we could have watched the performance on TV at home). We have seen Kathleen Madigan perform before but this time she used alot more profanity and it just wasn't as funny. She also re-cycled some jokes from prior performances.

    Disappointing

by Ron on 2/20/24Talking Stick Resort - Scottsdale

The venue is terrible, I felt I was in a convention centre with uncomfortable seating that was too close to my neighbors. I was 19 rows back and at 6'1"I could not see the performance. Kathleen is funny but I have heard many of her jokes before and wanted to hear some new material. I will not attend another performance at Talking Stick as long as they hold performances in rthe current venue.

    Love Kathleen Madigan

by Show Fan on 2/20/24Talking Stick Resort - Scottsdale

I have seen Kathleen many times and once again was not disappointed. She had great energy and delivery was on point. The crowd was engaged and laughing the whole time. A few partial older jokes, but mostly new material.

So glad I got to see Kathleen Madigan at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale! She’s fabulous and keeps you laughing throughout her show. I’ve watched all her specials on Netflix but to see her in person was awesome. Always new material. I’m going to have to start listening to her podcast!

    Madigan slays!

by Sujo on 2/20/24Talking Stick Resort - Scottsdale

We laughed so hard we cried. Fantastic show. The opening act was great too. The only problem is the venue. To be frank, it sucks. I've seen 3 shows there and it's really hard to see unless you're right in the middle and up front. There is no slope to the floor so you can't see anything unless you're right up front and center. We watched most of the show on the giant video screens which sucks but we could not see above the crowd. Kinda felt like we could have stayed home and watched it on TV since we couldn't see her. I may not go to this venue again unless I can get great seats.

by Flamingo on 2/20/24Talking Stick Resort - Scottsdale

She outdid herself, which is no easy feat! Doubled over the whole time laughing until my stomach hurt. Venue at Talking Stick is great. Good sound and easily available bathrooms and bar. Wonderful evening!

    Hilarious!

by Cynthia on 2/20/24Talking Stick Resort - Scottsdale

Over one hour of non-stop laughter! Lots of situational humor that everyone can relate to. Would highly recommend seeing her. Kathleen had an opening act (about 15 minutes) and he was very funny as well. Didn't catch his last name, but he was John from Denver.
