    Fantastic show full of surprises

    by Tyler on 2/14/24

Chris & co. have put together a fantastic variety-hour type of show full of musical guests and surprises. This is not an ordinary Punch Brothers show in the strictest sense, but you do get hear one of the best bluegrass bands try out new material, back other artists, and frankly - have fun. It's such a unique show and one that I hope will continue for a second season. These shows are a must-see.

Didn't realize what I was getting into

by Over it on 1/30/24Minetta Lane Theatre - New York

Everywhere this was billed as a punch brothers concert. Then I got a "program"which was a piece of paper with a QR code. Then they put my phone in a bag. If I had realized this was a live podcast instead of music by one of my favorite bands, I would've walked out immediately. Instead I was stuck in the tiniest row I've ever experienced. The minetta theatre seats are comfortable but the space between rows makes spirit air look luxurious. The skits and writing feel like they were written by AI but I know that the character of the writers means it's not the case.

    Stars in our eyes!

by pilly8id on 1/27/24Minetta Lane Theatre - New York

Incredible performances by Punch Brothers, Jon Batiste and Lake Street Dive. Collaborative improvisations between Jon Batiste and Chris Thile as well as Jon Batiste and Rachel Price were fabulous. The talent on stage was unsurpassed and in the spirit of the former Live from Here with Chris Thile that also showcased the most talented musicians on the planet.

That dang Chris Thile did it again. It was one of the best shows I saw in a while. Super unique, intimate, thoughtful, brilliant, and engaging. I cannot wait to hear the audible series. Bravo EVERYONE involved.

    Chris Thile project

by pk800 on 12/5/23Minetta Lane Theatre - New York

Live From Here meets the apocalypse. With the Punch Brothers, James Taylor and Gaby Moreno sitting in. High-quality music around a good idea. Enthusiastic and fun.

    Magical Energy

by PBGroupie on 12/5/23Minetta Lane Theatre - New York

Always a good time when the Punch Brothers gather, and all the more so after a hiatus and with the addition of Brittany Haas. The show was creative, funny, and entertaining. Gaby Moreno's voice was pure heaven. Seeing James Taylor in such fine form -- loved his story-telling, music and collaboration with PB. When all played together we were transported to another place. Thank you and keep it up!
