My girlfriends and I attended this event a few months ago and made wooden porch signs. The wooden boards were already pre-cut for us and we had multiple options of paint colors, wood stains, twine, and stencils to choose from. The instructors were very friendly and knowledgeable. While the stencil was the hardest part, the instructor gave us a few tips that made it a lot easier and a beautiful end result. This sign sits on my front door step now and reminds me everyday of one of the best weekends I've ever had.

There was plenty of materials to go around. However, not everyone was familiar with working with fondant (that's the easy part). The distribution of ALL colors of the fondant we needed should have been to all guests (under a cup or cups). Some colors were not used for shapes shown in template (e.g., we made no orange disks to layer them). The sprinkles were not available. Some directions were given toward the other side of the table, and we could not hear. Had to ask. Overall, the activity was fun and the leader and helpers were friendly. They just needed more preparation for the guests to be ready to go when they sat down, or give at least 1/2 more to complete the tasks.
