amazing time at jurassic quest!! couldnt recommend it enough. we loved it
The advertisement for this was so much better than the actual event. The displays were disappointing, rides were broken and not working, the bounce houses were very old and held together with duct tape. The “live” show of training your dinosaur was just someone walking around with another individual in costume greeting kids and not really a “show.” I was disappointed to say the least and we only stayed there about an hour.
First thing first, Ticketmaster has tickets for different times 9AM, 11AM, 1PM, 3PM, 5PM. I selected 5PM due to church services and didn’t want to be late. Once I went back on the website the Jurassic Park was saying that the hours were from 9-5. Well, tickets were also being sold for 5PM as in if the event would have a new set of people coming in at 5. Fast forward I got my child there and they told us we had 55 mins and that was it. No guidance, no tour, or anything. Also, we paid for parking but in all honesty there was no need. I pray this helps someone, my child enjoyed but I just know it wasn’t worth $140.
I treated my grand kids, 4 and 8, to the Dinosaurs. Much of the appeal was more for the 4 year old and not the 8 year old. It was definitely geared for very small kids based on the slow rides and bouncy houses that limited height.
We were disappointed in the cost and lack of education for elementary and middle school age children.
The displays and animatronics were very good. But I was disappointed that there was an extra charge for some of the activities. I would rather pay more for my ticket and have everything included. Especially since the commercials show things are not included in ticket price.
It’s not worth the money, and not much to do with the older kids.
The Jurassic Quest was phenomenal fopr my grandchildren, ages 3, 5, and 7. It held their attention so much that they watched the live Utahraptor Show twice. I doubt that older kids would enjoy it as much. It is limited in scope and age group but for the younger learner it is great. My grandchildren and I highly recommend it. My older grandchildren, ages 13 and 15 are not the appropriate target audience.
Was a good setup with dinosaurs. Monitors at each setup with informative facts. Second room was great. Table set up with crafts. Rides and bouncy houses. Staff was friendly and professional. Was a great family outing!
The advertisement was misleading it wasn't worth the money
Our three year old had the best day ever! We were so happy to see plenty of rides geared towards younger kids and he thought the dinosaurs were so cool! Would definitely go back.
Seemed expensive for what it was. Kids got a kick out of some of it. Thank goodness we paid for the add ons or it would have been a 30 min event
This event was not worth the cost. You walked in saw the display of dinosaurs then walked into a different room. The other room was the biggest waste of time. Saw one person walk around with the baby dinosaur. The rest was a bunch of inflatable games and a lot of it you needed a different ticket to participate. So not worth it.
As soon as my children stepped into the quest they were roaring and stomping around the whole event. To see their smiles and the joy on their faces was priceless. Worth every penny spent.
The event was a lot of fun. The amenities inside could have been better. Tables near the food court seem like a no brained. Also, the gift shop was tucked away and difficult to find.
Colisseum was filthy dirty...over priced event.. would not recommend
My 10 year old loves dinosaurs but was bored quite quickly from just walking through the one exhibit. We went into the other room where there were ride on dinosaurs, bounce houses, and a little show which was cute for 10 minutes. The bounce houses were mostly for 3 and under, many of the other exhibits you needed to buy more tickets which was not explained well when spending almost $40 just to walk around 1 small exhibit. Really not worth the money unless you have really small kids who ended up looking more scared then happy to be there.
It wasnt worth the money and the people taking pics on the green screen was not trained. They didnt know how to do it. Waited a long time on line
Great for kids; Adults, not so much.. No place to sit or rest for older folks with grandchildren. But the displays were excellent. Very expensive and gimmickey with add-ons for extras that should have been included in the (very high) admission price.
Of course my grandson loved it as he did last year too. I however was a bit disappointed as the venue was cut down and not as much dinosaurs as last year. Not sure I would buy this as part of their Christmas gift again for fear it will be even smaller
