    Line time

    by Greg on 3/17/24

I will structure this like a compliment sandwich, starting and ending with some things they did right. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. We had multiple interactions with staff throughout the day, and all of them were exceptional and extremely friendly. They were careful and patient with the children, and seemed quite experienced with this type of environment. However, what we were not prepared for was the time standing in line. Just to get into the event we waited for 40 minutes. We had done our research prior to going, and found the peak times and the slow times. We timed our visit during what was supposed to be the slow time. When we left to go home, it was just as bad during the apparent “peak” time so I don’t know that there’s any validity to that. Once inside, you essentially spend your time going from line to line, waiting on average 25 to 30 minutes so that your child can spend two minutes in a jump house, or digging for fossils in a sandbox, etc. The shortest line we stood in was 20 minutes. The line to get into the gift shop was probably 25 minutes. We were there for a total of 3 1/2 hours, of which our child spent a grand total of approximately 27 minutes doing something. The rest of the time we simply stood waiting in line. I would say that the dinosaur models were quite life-size and impressive and that was fun to see since that did not require standing in line. But you get through that in about 10 minutes. So overall, we felt we spent way too much time in lines, and came to the resolution on the way out that we likely would not be doing that event again.

    Maybe the zoo

by Family of 4 kids on 3/16/24

I think if you want to go it’s fine. I think an outing at the zoo might have been better for the value and money spent. The animatronics weren’t really active and didn’t have dinosaur noises for effects, which would have been awesome to hear them roar! And the lines were long for almost all attractions. And the dinosaurs weren’t really in good shape. Some were torn in places where you could see the parts they put together. I did really like that they had the fossil dig activity and the craft station for the kids that were already included in the standard ticket price. Overall, if they can do something about the lines that would be good so that they’re not so long and that they move fast.

    Garbage

    by Chris on 3/2/24

$80 for my child and I and all you get is 10 decaying statues and a handful of basic church carnival "rides"90% of which are just bounce houses. The rest is just over priced cash grabs for dollar store toys. Supremely underwhelmed for the price

    by Paul on 2/19/24

This event was such a disappointment. Poorly put together. The dinosaurs look terrible. The activities are so boring. Not worth the money. Do not go. Terrible.
