WWE Live on Tour
WWE Live is the untelevised "house show" portion of professional wrestling. Don't go to a house show expecting to see something like a Raw or SmackDown Live event. There's no TV broadcast, which means there are no commercial breaks, which means the action runs bell to bell. Storylines don't advance during a WWE Live show â WWE saves that stuff for TV â but there's plenty of great wrestling to watch. The promotion's stars often use house shows as a testing ground for new moves and gimmicks.Â
Once upon a time, house shows were the centerpieces of the wrestling schedule and the TV shows existed mainly to promote the live events. All of that changed with the explosion of television wrestling in the 1990s.
Even without any significant plot developments, house shows have produced their share of drama over the years. Titles rarely change hands at live events, but at a 1994 show, Diesel snatched the WWF championship belt from Bob Backlund, and in 1992 The Mountie defeated Bret Harte to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship.
Wrestling fans will remember The Kliq's infamous MSG "Curtain Call," which happened during a live event in May 1996 at Madison Square Garden. The Kliq was a backstage group that included some of the most prominent and influential names in wrestling: Shawn Michaels, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Triple H and Sean Waltman. In April of that year, Hall and Nash had signed deals with a rival promotion, WCW. The MSG house event was their last contracted show for what was then known as WWF. Nash and Triple H were wrestling as heels that night, and Michaels and Hall were the good guys. After a steel cage match, all four wrestlers group-hugged in the ring, then faced the crowd and raised their arms together â good guys joining the heels to say goodbye. While the show wasn't televised, a couple of fans had taped footage on a camcorder that they'd smuggled into the arena. Word quickly got out that the Kliq had broken kayfabe â the all-important illusion that the rivalries between wrestlers are real â and thus a scandal was born.

We loved it my kids had so much fun Roman Reigns was definitely our favorite!
It was a great show i would love for more event to come to birmingham alabama for the millions of fans please make more shows here thank u
We were near the ring. Took my 47 year old niece, who is a fanatic for WWE and the others, wrestling partners. She literally cried because I paid her way and took her. She had never seen a show in real life. My niece and I actually only met in July of 2020. I new about her but she did not know about me. I met my 1/2 brother when I was 36 and I am 57 now. Long story! She said, the show was so much more exciting, seeing the wrestlers in person. She did want a souvenir but the lines were way too long to wait. I would say that was our only problem. Not enough venders around the area to be able to keep the lines shorter and move faster. The last thing is to have a better seating map for the shows because they are not quit clear on exactly how the event will be set up and how the seats will be arranged. Other than that, as long as my niece was happy I feel like I accomplished something big in her life. She would really have loved to actually got to talk to one of them. She grew up loving wrestling but her home life was not the greatest. Thank you, Sarah
My kids had a wonderful time for their first experience! Just wish we had better seats.
Our seats were great. Event staff were very helpful. Bathrooms were clean.
My 7 year old son had a blast still talking about the show days later , cant wait for the next time they come around
This was my 8 year first time and he was over excited. We enjoyed every moment and can not wait until the next event near us...we are getting floor seats this time đđ
I had a amazing time the main event was Roman reigns v big e v Bobby lashley
Everything from purchasing tickets to the event itself to exiting the arena was incredible. The staff was very professional and helpful and showed aloha to us. Mahalo!â
It was just pure entertainment, everything was great, cannot wait till wwe comes back to Honolulu we hope the fiend will come next time!
I really enjoyed attending my 1st ever WWE Live Event because it featured many great superstars who entertained the crowd with great athletic ability and strong characters. My favorite moment: Roman Reigns answering the challenge to the Intercontinental Championship.
Last minute planning to send my son, his grandpa and niece to watch WWElive in Hawaii. Purchase was smooth and quick, sent them their tickets through text so they can scan it and go in. They had a BLAST! Ty
WWE always puts on a great live house show, but the venue it was held at (Blaisdell Arena) was utter trash. We had lower section seating and there was only ONE entrance/exit into that area. Beer line was ridiculously long. Inside the arena was a sweatbox. Never going to an event in that venue again. I'd rather fly to the mainland and see a WWE event in an actual venue that can support the crowd.
This was a great show. Wish we could see more of WWE here on Oahu. Love to see them do a Pay Preview Event here.
Everything about this WWE Live event was on point and awesome! The announcers and wrestlers entertained the crowd and kept the audience on the edge of their seats the whole time! The highlight of the show was seeing Roman Reigns! From the beginning to the end WWE Live was exciting, totally awesome and a dream come true for this life long wrestling fan. Canât wait for them to return!!
It was great to see diFferent WWE stars!! Amazingly fun entertainment from beginning to end!! Looking forward to another event in Honolulu!!
Talk about an awesome event!!! WWE always puts on the best show!!! My seats were incredible and the atmosphere was lit!!! Me and my friends enjoyed ourselves and we definitely look forward to another wrestling show in Hawaii!!! I just wish that WWE raw would come down or have a super show with both brands. That would be awesome!!! I hope WWE comes back again because it is the best thing going on today.
Other than the tight seating , everything was perfect ! My 6 year old sons first wwe and it was one he will never forget ! He loved everything about it.
The line to get in was great when they opened all 4. It was easy finding our seats, would be nice if there were cup holders. I was excited to see Roman Reigns, R truth was hilarious and Charlotte Flair will always be the Queen. Great show!!!
