TYE TRIBBETT IN CONCERT:
Gospel songbird Tye Tribbett possesses an uplifting spirit that can't be matched -- his energy radiates into the crowd as he performs "He Turned It" and "If He Did It Before (Same God)" with an infectious spunk at his live shows. Whether he's preaching the Word or backed by the choir-like group Greater Anointing, Tribbett sings with passion and enthusiasm, giving it his all with every performance. Back on the road, he'll treat fans to an incredible live show during his upcoming set at SpiritFest 2014: Real Fathers, Real Men, where he'll perform alongside Kirk Franklin and more.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Tye Tribbet got his start as the frontman of Greater Anointing, a.k.a. GA, in 1997, establishing a huge cult following early on with high-energy local gigs in their New Jersey hometown. Their exciting live shows attracted the attention of producers Buster and Shavoni, who recruited GA to sing on the Prince of Egypt soundtrack a year later -- a gig that launched them to success virtually overnight. Since the release of their 2004 debut Life, Tribbett and company have toured with country greats like Faith Hill and Tim McGraw and performed alongside some of music's biggest legends including Elton John, Stevie Wonder, and Gloria Estefan. Their modern gospel music challenges the traditional sounds of the genre, and their ability to push sonic boundaries earned them two Grammy Awards for the 2013 release Greater Than. Tribbett takes the stage solo on his latest tour as he preaches the Word through his music, and he'll treat fans to a hit-filled setlist at SpiritFest 2014: Real Fathers, Real Men.

I attended the Spiritfest 2023 and Tye Tribbett, came through and showed out! His performance was out of the box. He started his performance on the middle stage and traveled through the audience to eventually finish on the main stage. He's such a great performer and his background singers did amazing! Everyone had so much fun giving praise to The Most High! It's day 3 after his concert and here I am still singing, "I can see a brand new day!!!"Amen.
My husband and I attend SpiritFest almost every year! We really enjoyed church together with our brothers and sisters in Christ this year! The energy from the audience was electrified and contagious! We hated that Tasha Cobb- Leonard only minister two songs. We was praying that she was going to sing, ’DON’T MISS THIS MOMENT.’ TO GOD BE THE GLORY ANWAY!!
I love everything about the event…All performer was amazing…I will be back next year.
Everyone put on a spectacular show. I'd only seen 2 of artists who performed before and I truly enjoyed it. There was a nice mix of old and new school. Definitely, looking forward to the next one.
My experience for the first time being at the Greenville spirit fest was very worth my money.I enjoyed every moment from the beginning to the end also enjoyed the MC's very entertaining, hopefully next year will be worth the moment.
Tye and Tasha performed well with lots of energy and praise. However, the instruments (music) were soooo loud that you couldn't clearly hear the lyrics sung by the artists. At Christian concerts the "Word"(aka lyrics) delivered thru song means everything!
These days i just do. I don't wait on others, so when my daughter called and told me he was coming to Atlanta, i immediately got tickets. It exceeded my expectations if i had any besides worshipping my heart out. From the musicians, to background, to dancers to experience it was amazing. He had us on our feet from go. Love the venue too.
OFF THE CHAIN. It was over and beyond my expectations from start to finish....Tye Tribbett Hallelujah!!!!Be encouraged..A Praise and Worship Concert you must experience....Theres NOTHING LIKE IT
Thank God! Great acoustics! Great staff! Tye was phenomenal
Tye was on fire, lots of energy as he always is. His opening acts and even the MC was on point. Great show and the only downfall was a very long request to sponsor children in need. I wasn't opposed to the invitation to support it was just extremely long. An intermission would have been better in my opinion.
i enjoyed my time at Sony hall viewing tye Tribbett perform. He really put on a great show, it really reminded me of back in the day Tye Tribbett. I’d go see my guy in concert anytime!
Great concert, powerful worship, high praises to The Almighty! I couldn’t sit down !
This concert was beyond amazing !! From the music to the praise and worship! I can't wait for the next tour!
The show was 10/10 but the venue was way too small for the amount of people there. Tye needs a stadium.
Tye Tribett is like a gospel rock star! His show is just awesome! He energy is unbounded! Absolutely will see him again and again! But, not at Sony Hall! Had general admission which tickets said, " first come first seated." Got there 2 hrs early. Near front of line. Stood on 70 yr old feet for close to 5 hrs! Never again, Sony Hall!!!!!!!
Tye Tribbett deserves 5+ stars for his magnificent performance. Unfortunately, the venue gets only 3 stars. The seating of patrons was very unorganized and chaotic.
First time seeing Tye Tribbett live in concert! This was one of the best concerts I have attended! NYC we were on 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Sony Hall was a nice location. Standing room only for general admissions made the concert feel more personable and sooo interactive! If I was sitting in the VIP section, I would have not had the same amazing experience.
Tye Tribbett was AMAZING!!! I had such a great time! Please have him back!
This was one of the best shows I have ever seen. It was a blessing to my soul.
