Apashe on Tour

A new genre of electronic dance music continues to be formed by John De Buck, better known by his stage name, Apashe. Apashe is currently on his 32-stop Renaissance II World Tour, making appearances in Canada, the United States, France, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, England, and Spain. His unique-sounding electronic music emphasizes heavy bass and orchestra-ladened beats with a flair of hip-hop and trap. His music is truly a melting pot of the electronic genre, making his performances a thrill to watch for his millions of fans across the globe. Originally signing with Kannibalen Records in 2012, Apashe has made an endless list of hits for more than a decade. His debut album, Contamination (2012), led the way for his other albums and EPs such as Black Mythology (2013), No Twerk (2014), I'm A Dragon (2015), Requiem (2018), The Good, The Bad & The Fake (2019) and I Killed the Orchestra (2022). His 2020 album, Renaissance LP, was recorded with the help of the 69-piece Prague Symphony Orchestra, making it his largest production and most expensive album up to that point.

Apashe Live in Concert

Born in Brussels, Belgium, Apashe moved to Montreal, Canada, in the early 2000s to study electroacoustics at Concordia University. Soon after, he landed a job with Sonart to become a full-time sound designer. He began producing music in 2005, but didn't turn his hobby into a career until the early 2010s. Apashe has since worked with artists such as Tech N9ne, wifisfuneral and Instasamka (to name only a few). His music has been heard at music festivals around the world, as well as in trailers for hit movies such as John Wick: Chapter 2 and Fast & Furious: Hobbes and Shaw. Large brands such as Budweiser and adidas have also used his iconic cinematic electronic beats in their commercials. Along with his media success, in 2018 Apashe received Canada's GAMIQ Electronic EP of the Year award for Requiem. With more than 2.1 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and more than 140 million streams, Apashe is on the forefront of becoming one of the biggest EDM producers of this generation.

    Amazing Artist but strict Venue

by Josh on 10/17/23The Van Buren - Phoenix

Apashe was literally so amazing. Went with a big group and had such an amazing time. He brought his brass group with them which added a touch of class and style to an amazingly curated set! Even through in some well known popular songs. 10/10 I will see him again. However The event staff at The Van buren in Phoenix need to take it down a notch. Security was mean and grouchy. They told these girls to get in line and told them multiple times yet they still let them cut me for some reason? Always yelling and barking orders to “move up” through the line. Like we aren’t cattle. We are humans. Had a friend sit in the floor for a second and security came running towards this small human being like she had a bomb or something. Bar staff at least were very nice and quick. Production is always amazing. Sound was clipping at first but was fixed. The live Nation employees just need to chill a bit, otherwise it would be a flawless venue

APASHE WAS AMAZING BUT VENUE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

    by naya on 10/16/23Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

The venue is very hot and it would he nice if they could add some fans considering there seems to be enough space on stage for that! I understand if other limitations stop them from doing so but just thought I’d mention it.

    Great show!

    by Dani on 10/13/23Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

The show was great! The only thing that could’ve been better was the sound guy. A lot of notes were really sharp.

    Max Energy

    by Cody on 10/13/23Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

Apashe’s whole set was a nonstop, high energy list of banger after banger. I would 100% go again to his performance.

by TB on 10/20/22Knitting Factory - Boise - Boise

I thought he was great but the two acts before him played for too long and not so great.
