Bad sound, unorganized seating

There were no hostess, no one to ask about tables. Saw many tables empty but with jackets holding spots, many empty chairs but nowhere to sit (a group of 4 would take up a table for 6 for example). I highly recommend having a hostess sit people so you use every possible chair (as blue note does)
Bad sound and unsafe feeling

It was very difficult to understand her voice and the instruments were distorted. An also Sony Hall does not give you confidence. I wonder what will be our luck with there was a fire in that place. I felt very insecure.

Town hall venue acoustics are terrible

The venue was perfect!!!her talent, her voice and that infectious smile that brings everyone together!! The surprise of singing a duet with Bebel Gilberto and with the multifaceted Ze Luis. I wish there would've been more dates!!! Fantcha did a great job as well. So charismatic!!

Nothing however justifies the one hour it took for the show to start. In America being late is not charming. It is inconsiderate. The show was worth the wait, but I hope the next performers on the line up will be starting their shows on time. The delay in starting is. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
