An Evening At the Improv Tickets

Hilarious. We laughed the entire time. Seating is intimate enough to see and hear everything on stage. Price was reasonable and well worth the money

All comedians were really fun. The cost was very reasonable, at about $30/ticket. Not a bad seat in the house. The show was short -- about 1 hour and 20 minutes, but worth it.

We had an amazing time. The comedians were hilarious!

This was not an improve show. It did have 2 stand-up comedians, one of which was just plain terrible. The second act was somewhat entertaining, but the overall show was poor at best. I would never return to this venue.

Both comics were great. The service was great. Had a wonderful time.

Both my husband and I really enjoyed the show. All the comedians were very funny!

I have not laughed that much in a very long time! This was a bust a gut time.

We had a blast! I laughed so hard I couldn't catch my breath and tears were streaming down my face. It is a small venue which was great. Not a bad seat in the house. The MC and two comedians we saw were all very funny. They handled the hecklers with great skill and immediate results. The staff was very attentive and friendly. One suggestion; turn off your cell phone and put it away! The two women sitting next to me were not only texting during the show, but were actually watching videos with the sound turned up! Terribly rude and distracting.

The act before the headliner KILLED the crowd. Not funny at all and made it clear he didn't want to be there. The headliner never even had a chance.

I’ve been going to the Improv at Lake Tahoe for over twenty years. I go to Lake Tahoe a couple of times a year, and always buy tickets to the Improv. In twenty years I have never, ever seen a bad comedy show. It is always outstanding with top name comedians. I would recommend the Improv to anyone that plans on a trip to Tahoe.

I loved the different elements between the three comedians.. I have to say this though: John, the headliner, was laugh out loud, tears down my face - FUNNY!!!

There were three comedians that night. BTY I can't remember any of their names. One was the MC and two longer stand up acts. The MC was pretty good. The second guy was pretty funny, not a national headline guy but brought his best game and he was very entertaining. The "headliner" guy supposedly had been on TV a bunch of times and had to failed pilots on TV. Well now I know why his TV pilots failed. He wasn't funny. When the audience did not laugh enough he got mad at the audience. Sorry dude get funny and the audience will laugh. Overall it was a fun night out. The theater was set up well and staff was great. Worth the effort and money.

The tickets were pricey for an okay show. The MC was funny, second comedian was hysterical, and the Headliner was fair. The drink prices are way over priced. Two beers came to $15! Not sure I would come back. It would be nice if the tickets were discounted for Hotel guests.

This was just great!! I wish Tahoe had more shows like this think it would bring more people to the shows!!

Heath was fantastic and had a very wide range of talent. Ronnie Schell at 81 years old had not lost a step and was very funny. The emcee was even very funny. The host and the cocktail server were both right on top of things and made the evening even more enjoyable. I would go back anytime. The price was also quite reasonable.

We go to the Improv every time we're in South Lake Tahoe, and it never disappoints. Even when we have never heard of the comedians, we always end up with belly-laughs galore! And Howie Nave, the host, is always fun and is great at getting the crowd going!

The comedy was very good, but don't sit in the front row unless you want to get picked on!

Due to weather, the crowd at this event was small. The warm-up and first act were up to my expectations, but the headliner was not.

There were some extremely funny moments.! But there was much foul language where there needn't have been. And there were many sexual jokes that were crude, some bordering on embarrassing, even vulgar. At times it was hard to relax and enjoy the humor due to this. my wife and I have heard comedy that doesn't offend and left feeling thoroughly entertained and satisfied. But this lineup was like young boys trying to out-do each other in the school restroom. At the end of the evening, we felt somewhat entertained, but with an uneasy feeling.
