AM Gold Yacht Rock Tickets

The band was amazing; they sounded great and were so entertaining! Such talent! The crowd was so excited and everyone sang along to the 70's and 80's tunes!! Just listening to AM Gold Yacht Rock made me so happy and I think everyone felt that way; what a feel good great time! I would rate them 20 stars out of 10!! Thanks so much guys for the show and for taking me back to the soundtrack of my youth! Can't wait to see you all again the next time you are here!

First of all, I will never say anything bad about Blue Ocean. It is a wonderful place to see a show - asthetics, sound, etc... it's got it all. Now to the show. It was okay. The song selection could have been better for the set list, but what they performed was good, with the exception of "Brandy"by Looking Glass! The singer screwed up the lyrics badly. It was such a downer for their 3rd song. But things settled down after that, and were able to have fun with the rest of the songs. The musicianship was very good with the exception of "Brandy"(see above). I'd have to say that they did each song quite well. The singers did a very good job, too. If you're a big fan of Yacht Rock style of music, then you'll have fun, but I would recommend a different show for a first time Blue Ocean Music Hall experience.

This was my third Yacht Rock show and honestly my least favorite. I knew we were in trouble when the singer forgot the words to Brandy. I'm pretty sure everyone in the room except him knew every word. One of the three singers was outstanding, 1 was good, 1 was just OK. Sadly, they alternated songs. Any night of Yacht Rock is a good night out but, this could have been better.

Band was authentic, spot on music and just kept the audience dancing all night. Song choices were as expected plus near the end a few surprises out of the typical line up you would hear that was well received. Show was energetic for a solid 2 hours with a small break in the middle (well deserved). Would definitely see them again.
