Disappointed because have a concert people were standing and they wouldn’t let you see the concert. It defeats the purpose to see a concert with people are standing up, even though you have trouble being on your feet through the concert so it defeats the purpose of getting a good seat

Beautiful experience to attend . Love it from the beginning to the end of her show . Alicia is beautiful human bean , humble her music brings back many memories . Will Recommend others to see her . Donde todo comenzo tour amazing !!

Alicia has a truly unique voice, it sounds like you’re listening to a CD or streaming from your phone. Her performance, lasting over two hours, is simply amazing. I highly recommend it ❣️

I had an incredible time at the Alicia Villarreal concert at the House of Blues in Orlando! The stage setup was stunning, and the concert itself was absolutely amazing—Alicia's energy was contagious, and the overall vibe was perfect. It was a great atmosphere to be part of, and the staff was friendly, which added to the positive experience. However, there was one small issue that I feel could be improved. When I needed to go to the restroom, I found it difficult to get through the crowd because people were standing in the walkways and even on the steps. I totally understand that people want to be close to the stage, but it would have been much easier to navigate if there was a little more awareness of the space in those areas. Maybe some more control over where people can stand would help leave room for others to move around, especially when needing to access the restrooms. Aside from that, everything was fantastic! I’m so glad I got to see one of my favorite artists live, and I would definitely go back for another show. The overall experience and energy were unforgettable!

line took too long to get ppl in. Zero bar stools for people round the bar..how does a bar has no seats? People were blocking the stairs, this is a safety concern..if something happens ppl cant move. Should be a line for food n a line for drinks..not everyone drinks alcohol. I never got my tickets from the app, even following the steps to fix the issue.

The Venue sound. The music was heard louder than Alice's voice.

I was disappointed that Alicia Villarreal's microphone was so low for the first two songs, and then she kept trying to add volume to her mic through out the concert. The instruments were louder than her voice. I also didn't like the venue's temperature. I always get cold, but this time it was very hot and humid inside the theater. Even Alicia was asking for more A/C.

the Venue did not have the dining area nor the snack areas open. The only snacks available were hot dogs w chips or pretzels. I've been to Music Hall at Fair Park several times and have enjoyed the dining options offered. Was disappointed to see that neither of the regularly-offered dining options were available for this concert.

Great show to have been to. She never disappoints her fans in San Antonio. Wonderful atmosphere and fabulous fans all round.

Alicia was amazing. The show was breathtaking. The lights, the sound the whole atmosphere was very pleasant. I would do it again….

My experience was very upsetting for paying lot of money for the front seats. And ended up with all the crowd blocking my view.
