  • It was ok

    by Jax123 on 12/15/21Outland Ballroom - SpringfieldRating: 3 out of 5

The venue was small with NO seating. Doors were supposed to open at 7PM but didn’t open until 7:45 PM. We had to stand out in the cold waiting for the doors to open. Walking up a flight of stairs to get to the floor of the concert. The concert started an hour late. It was supposed to start at 8PM but didn’t start until 9PM making it midnight before it was over (it was a Sunday concert). The music was great and very entertaining. But by the end of the night, people were complaining about their feet and back hurting from standing all night.

This was my 14 year old daughters first concert ever. She was right up front and was over the moon. Alexandra is one of her favorite artists and she had an experience of a lifetime.
