Best live concert I have been to in awhile! 10/10 would do again
The show was awesome, sounds quality was spot on, I just wanted better merch. Some 3X sizes, some hats with the bands logo on it.
The bands did fantastic, and I was able to keep a spot on the second level right near the stage, which was an incredible view, but the sound was simply terrible there. Great job Alestorm, and now I'm also an Elvenking fan! I probably won't be coming back to that venue any time soon.
This concert was definitely the best concert I have ever been to. The crowd had a great energy to it and Alestorm took advantage of their energy to the full effect. The interactions they had with the crowd was the best I have seen. The openers where lack luster and didn’t sound very unique but the crowd still had a great energy during their acts. All in all, it was a great concert and I can’t wait to see Alestorm again on their next tour.
I’ve been lucky enough to see Alestorm live many times and each show is unforgettable. I’ve never felt so much joy from an audience as there is at one of their concerts. Everyone is super excited to be there and the band completely ups the energy even more. The songs are super catchy and you’ll find yourself singing along in no time. I highly recommend seeing Alestorm if you get the opportunity!
Don't take themselves too seriously, but rock hard at the same time. Fun antics and lots of energy, and great music!
I loved the energy that Alestorm brought! Not only with their music, but stage performance, too! I also got to discover Glyph because of them.
Waited a long time for Alestrom to come to the US and couldn't miss this show. I'm really glad I didn't miss it! The set list was awesome, I would definitely see them again! If there was a package that could meet the band I'd definitely buy it! I'd recommend seeing them live whenever they come to your town <3
There was a lot of energy! Glyph was new to me and really fun as well! The Empress did an amazing job covering. They all interacted really well with the audience. The quirkyness these bands had in studio really translated well to their live performance. We got woof woof, German lyrics, and a duck. Way to Deliver! Definitely will rock out and PARTY with these Sea Wolves again if they came back!!!!! Remember more merch!
Music was good and pit was good, but a pirate metal band should have some pirate stuff other than the music. Like, minimally some pirate outfits and a big Jolly Roger instead of a big inflatable rubber duck, which is more like the Flaming Lips or something. The audience out-pirated the pirate-themed band by far, which you wouldn’t expect. Amon Amarth is Viking metal, they have Viking stuff at/in the show. Be more like Amon Amarth.
This concert was awesome. Alestorm, glyph and elvenking were amazing. My first time at the knitting factory was amazing and I will be back.
One of the best concerts I have been too ! Highly recommend, sounded awesome, great energy, and just so much ! I will be at every alestorm concert from here on our !
Glyph was good, Elvenking was OK, but Alestorm was AWESOME. I had never heard of them until my stepson told me he wanted to see them in Spokane with friends. So I downloaded a few songs and found them to be outstanding! We DROVE to Spokane from Palm Springs to see the show. The Knitting Factory was a great venue! The band was excellent! The atmosphere was electric. Chris Bowes was enthusiastic and energetic for the entire set. The entire band was engaging and seemed o be having a blast playing. After their encore, when the other band members went offstage, Chris crowd-surfed off the stage into the audience, and then hung around getting pictures taken, and hanging out with the young kids in the audience. I'm a huge fan now!
best concert I've been to..........................
Stop reading this review and go buy the tickets. You’ll have a great time.
Alestorm is a fun pirate metal drinking crew party band. The performance is fantastic. All their songs rule. The choruses are catchy and able to be sung along to. Honestly what's not to like? Can't wait for them to come around again.
It was the best experience every. Had to much with everything. They are a must see for sure.
This was my first time seeing Alestorm and I can tell you now that it won't be the last. It was such a fun and energetic show and the people were amazing. Highly recommend going to a show.
This was a phenomenal concert. The two openers were great and the Fillmore knew how to keep the crowd entertained between performers. Alestorm absolutely killed it and kept high energy all night. They were funny, they were showy. I can’t recommend seeing alestorm live enough. The venue, the Fillmore, was a very nice concert hall. 2 full bars with many severs and a wide variety of beverages and snacks. They took security very serious which I appreciated. It really felt like the staff was doing everything they could to make sure everyone was having fun, while also staying safe.
The bands were amazing. No complaints on any of the performances. Killed it. My only complaint was I think they over sold the venue, there was no room on the ground floor and people shoved there way through the crowd to get anywhere. If they didn't sell the balcony at such expensive prices I would probably get an actual seat. I have been to the Fillmore for a few concerts and had not felt stuffed in, so to speak. This time was not the best experience.
