After releasing several albums in the late '80s, Guzman achieved breakthrough success with 1991's seminal Flor de Papel, which earned a Grammy nomination for Best Latin Pop Album. A steady stream of successful albums would follow in the '90s and '00s, including 2001's Soy, which took home a Latin Grammy for Best Rock Solo Album. An indefatigable performer with a reputation for her electrifying live concerts, Guzman thrilled fans with the announcement of the 2014 La Guzman 1F tour.

by Already on 11/15/11Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal CityWalk - Universal CityI attend an Alejandra concert at least once a year, and this is the first time I'm giving her 4 stars instead of 5. First, she hit the stage 1 hr & 35 minutes late, but only performed for 1 hr & 30 minutes, not cool. You keep us waiting, at least perform for more than we waited. But, my biggest complaint was the addition of this band I've never heard of, which wasn't disclosed at time of purchase. I go to Alejandra concerts to see & hear only Alejandra, these other rockers took up valuable time. She sang very few songs, and even fewer of my favorites, which she usually performs. I still give her 4 stars, because just 1 or 2 songs she performs, is still 99% better than most 2-hour performers.

by fernadno on 8/9/09Denver Coliseum - DenverALL THE PERFORMERS WERE GREAT!! OF COURSE MY FAVORITE WAS ALEJANDRA GUZMAN!! WHO EVER THOUGHT ABOUT GOIN AND DIDNT YOU MISSED OUT!! I AM SO GLAD I WENT HAD TO DRIVE 6 1/2 HOURS TO GET THERE BUT IT WAS MOST DEFF WORTH IT!!

Understandably that made the presentations shorter than I have seen these performers do before. The other thing is that they took way too long between presentations
