What a wonderful way to spend Halloween this year at the Alberta Ballet’s production of Frankenstein. We took our daughter-in-law for her birthday. It was our first time going to the ballet as it was for her. We were all enthralled with this modern version of Frankenstein and it was a wonderful introduction to the world of ballet. The score and visual effects were amazing and the dance routines really invoked the different moods throughout the performance. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it!

I took my 2 sons to see the last performance of Frankenstein. One is a ballet dancer, 12yo, and the other is a hockey player, 9yo. They both LOVED the ballet and wouldn't stop raving about it! Truly inspiring and intriguing! It was neat to see the ballet through my sons' eyes and answer questions about Mary Shelley's story 200 years later in this fabulously crafted performing arts piece! Thank you! Bravo!

Frankenstein was a fabulous ballet! I was struck with how spoon fed we are watching tv.every little detail is spoken. Watching the ballet made us interpret on our own. It required imagination.it was very good!

I loved this ballet, the dancing, the music, the concept!!! Overall a fantastic show!

This ballet piece was great entertainment. It was very well put together from the stage to the costumes the music and obviously the Choreography was amazing. Do more this is a contemporary take of Frankenstein so don’t expect pitchforks and village people. Go see it it’s one of a kind!

The music was much too loud for me. We had to leave at the intermission. Very disappointing.
