Alan tam was awesome ! The venue can improve - (1) the sound system seems to only have speakers right up front by the stage and not on the sides or back . This compromises the sound of a live concert ! (2) the seating on the floor should be staggered for better sightlines . (3) signage into the sections rows were not available . This makes wayfinding harder and cause more congestion.
Please continue to host more in-language shows. Thx.
I love Alan Tam unconditionally, full of talent and charisma. Pros: Seeing HK super stars, Theresa is like the OG Adelle of China/Hong Kong with amazing vocals. Cons: Fundraiser = Too many American songs. This is my first Alan Tam concert but apparently he comes here a lot, did he already perform all his good songs? I wanted to hear all Chinese songs but they sang American classics. I wished it was 100% classic Chinese songs, people would have enjoyed it more.
The concert was amazing! Alan and Mr. were more than amazing that night, we enjoyed all the songs from Alan, both new and old! We had a very good time! But the sound system was really bad, they had to talk to the person that control the sound system after every songs.
