Great night with horrible seats

Unfortunately, when we got to the Tilles Center and went to our seats, we had a massive speaker or monitor directly in our line of vision. We were staring directly into the monitor and not at the man of the hour (2 hours). We were told by the manager that the speaker was Mr. Menken's and would not be moved. They also said they didn't know it would be there when they sold the tickets at full price. They offered no money back and instead told us that they'd move us to seats that were 10 rows back. When I stated that I purchased these tickets at this price to have nobody in front of us, they said there was nothing they could do. Ultimately, we stayed put and enjoyed his stories minus the fact that we had to strain to see him as he spoke. We were offered tickets to some 80s concert to make up for the issue, but it still put a sour taste in my mouth. The tickets we purchased should have been sold as partial view at a reduced rate.
