our ticket would not scan and we had to go to the box office and wait in line to see what the problem was with the ticket after wasting 10 minutes they told us nothing was wrong with the ticket get in another line it was the scanner from that line we were in. stood in line about 5 more minutes after waiting 30 minutes to get in for the event to open. Very frustrated with that issue. I was disappointed in the event I thought there would be more action from the trucks but I was wrong- it seemed like the event was selling products instead of action. I felt like the entire time was like one long commercial. I thought it was great about able to meet with the drivers after the show but felt more like it was more of an inconvience from some drivers at the table. (they seemed very put out that they had to be there) I learned a lesson that night that my money will not go towards funding Monster Jam anymore. It is hard for a family of four to afford this event and then to have such a bad time.

Monster trucks always cool for the kids.
by Budster47 on 2/21/11CONSOL Energy Center - PittsburghRating: 4 out of 5I have been attending Motorsports events for over 40 years such as World of Wheels,Monster Jam etc.The only problem with this one was the location. The Consol Energy Center SUCKS!!! I have even been to Hockey games @ the same C.E.C and I HATED IT. ONLY 2 WAYS IN AND OUT..That makes for a log jam if you get my drift. Plus the fact you cant go out for a Smoke! The Civic was much better. As far as the Monster Jam,my grandaughter had a Blast.,even though Team New Jersey cheated. I am kinda glad he Crashed and got hurt because I am old school and CHEATERS never win. Nuff said about that.
Still Good!
by MonsteBrat on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 3 out of 5This year's event did not provide as much entertainment as the previous two shows. Half time entertainment was practically non existent. Previous show had dirt bike jumps and jet rocket scooters. Also, the dirt mounds and car piles were not as extreme. The trucks were able to get decent air in spite of the mediocre track. Hopefully next year's show will meet the standards of previous shows.
Monster Jams motor sports was sick
by GOATSpainard on 2/21/11Oklahoma City Arena - Oklahoma CityRating: 4 out of 5I recommend this show, I remember watching a few monster trucks growing up when I was little and it brought me back to my youth. Grave Digger is still a legend. Although most of the trucks were broken down at least they went out on big tricks. The motor sports as a "halftime show" was outstanding. Ranking up there as best part of the show!
monster jam
by biff33 on 2/21/11CONSOL Energy Center - PittsburghRating: 4 out of 5I would say that my son and I had a enjoyable time. It was a good show. Maybe in the future eliminate some more of the seating down low to expand the surface for the trucks?

So much fun!
by mcderco76 on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5I bought my tickets a couple weeks before the event and thought since they were so cheap that our tickets would be in the back of our section and it would be hard to see. When we got there we were in the 3rd row!! The show was awesome and we had so much fun! We will be going back next year.
GRAVEDIGGER Awesome show
by CCFIRE on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5I thought it was cool the kids had a blast. The kids really want to win a shirt but I bought them one instead. The freestyle is the best there was a few trucks I have never herd of though my little girls favorite truck is MONSTER MUTT she was upset it wasn't there but they all had a good time any way.

by JAY468 on 2/21/11Oklahoma City Arena - Oklahoma CityRating: 3 out of 5To be honest it was better last year - my 8 year old son felt the same way , the show seemed rushed and short
Monster Jam was a blast!
by poodle51978 on 2/21/11CONSOL Energy Center - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5I attended the event at CEC with my three year old son, and we both had a blast. The trucks that were at the event put on a great show.

Thought it was a really good show, despite the rain. Looking forward to going next year.
One to Remember
by Ketona on 2/21/11Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5I love Monster Jam. We go to it every year for my sons birthday. However, the rain kindof made it a bit miserable and we didn't stay for the whole show.

Disappointed
by cdglasgow79 on 2/21/11CONSOL Energy Center - PittsburghRating: 1 out of 5I have been coming to Pittsburgh to see the Monster Trucks with my 3 young boys for the last 3 years. I was very disappointed this year. First we couldn't get seats in the middle where we wanted via ticketmaster but when we got to the event there were huge areas of seats in that area left open. The vendors walked up and down the steps during the entire event and we couldn't see a lot of it because of the large poles of cotton candy in the way. We couldn't hear the announcer half of the time but we could def. hear her when she was throwing out yet another sales pitch to go buy this that and the next thing in the concourse level. She couldn't even remember who was driving what truck. She was too busy trying to walk in the dirt in her heals. The Quad Wars were the same old stuff but it was obvious when the guy planned on dumping his quad because he came out with extra padding on. Not to mention the guy who was captain Team PA this year was Captain Team NJ last year (I am pretty sure). The best part was the snowmobile jumps. Honestly the show was a huge sales pitch for merchandise and boring. On the way out my five year old said "Mom that was the most boring Monster truck show EVER." Now I will have to find another Valentines Day gift for my boys because we will not be back next year. We have been Monster Jam freaks, even know the War Wizard and where his garage is at but sorry Monster Jam you lost 5 fans this time around. There was no life in this performance.
Grave Digger
by charliestep on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5He makes it worth every penny, your not american if you dont love monster trucks
- by Anonymous on 2/21/11Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 1 out of 5
we have been to a bunch of these. the rain and mud effected the trucks and drivers so much it was boring. its one thing to stand that weather for a good show, another thing to stand it for a bad show. with such bad weather we should have had the option of a refund.
Dodger stadium Monster Jam
by Lallers on 2/21/11Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 4 out of 5A rainy muddy monster jam. Can't really blame anyone for the rain can I? Was really cool with the race however the freestyle jam got a little to slow with all the mud. Maybe time to invent some rainy day surface for the monster trucks to improve traction. The arena itself is a little to small to host a monster jam. These guys need surface to get some big air. I recommend it, would say it was amazing. The beverage was a total ripoff. $12.50 for a beer. Come on. We're monster truck fans, not bankers.
