  • Cold Draft

by mrmikes on 2/21/11CONSOL Energy Center - PittsburghRating: 2 out of 5

The show is always good we go every year but this year was alittle let down. the arena has very cold with a draft blowing the entire time. you could not hear the lady talking over the music and sound of the trucks bad sound stage.

  • Monster Jam was much better last year.

by HWhite on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 3 out of 5

I felt like some trucks didn't give it their all, and other trucks broke much too easily without putting out that much effort. They didn't pump you up as much this year, and it was alot more commercialized. Stopping the show every couple minutes to run commercials sucked. I feel like we pay enough for ticket prices that they shouldn't rely so much on advertisers! Some of the trucks gave an awesome show, but overall, last years show was much better!

  • long line for autographs

by Anonymous on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 4 out of 5

I really enjoyed the show..My kids 9 and 5 were real happy with the show also, the only complain is how long the lines were to get autographs ... oh and the other complaint was that the cannon tshirt lancher wasnt able to get into the uuper levels

  • Terrlble

by TKTMSTRSENSORED on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 2 out of 5

This years event did not hold a candle to previous years shows, to many breakdowns and a general lack of effort from the trucks participating.

  • monster jam awesome

by kekern on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

We have been taking our three sons for a couple years and this was by far one of the best shows that we watched. Everyone came out to race and the track was set up great. We will definitly going back next year!

My son loves playing with monster trucks and watching them on TV so i bought tickets and he really enjoyed it. We also liked th snowmobiles show before the freestyle event started.

  • It rained :o(

    by Da805jd on 2/21/11Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 3 out of 5

Sucks that it rained. Tricks couldn't jump and go fast. They were really bogged down by the mud. Made it hard to enjoy. Overall fun but we were soaked and cold.

  • My Grandson loved it!

by bcj80 on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

My grandson is 4 years old and loves Monster Trucks. He has almost all of the monster truck collection. He was in heaven there. It was so cool. He is still playing "Monster Jam" with his toy trucks and on his PS2!!!

  • Worth the Drive

    by Dustie24 on 2/21/11CONSOL Energy Center - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

I live nearly three hours from Pittsburgh, but this was the first time Monster Jam came to the Penguins' new facility. There was no way I was missing this. And Monster Jam never fails to disappoint in excitement, fun, unexpected moments, and great family entertainment and competitive motorsports competition. Each time I enjoy the show more and more because it's all about the people in the stands. It's what Monster Jam is all about...making the fans happy.

  • Awesome but muddy

    by JamFan468 on 2/21/11Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 4 out of 5

First Monster Jam show, the trucks were awesome to see in person. Too bad L.A. was hit by rain and the course was real muddy. Still some good action with some big air, rollovers and several blown engines. Kudos to the drivers for doing the best they could - they really pushed their trucks. Would like to see again with dryer conditions for more speed and bigger jumps. Ear plugs recommended - we had them and could still hear trucks and announcer.

  • by Dani237 on 2/21/11CONSOL Energy Center - PittsburghRating: 3 out of 5

Consol Energy is way too small for these trucks. Seemed to be alot more talking and less truck action. It is still exciting to the kids though!

It was so much fun and AWESOME! I can't wait to go again. Don't forget your earplugs

  • Fun event for the family

by DRinMO on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 4 out of 5

My kids, husband, and I really enjoyed Monster Jam. We visited the pit party in the afternoon, went out to dinner, then returned for the show. We had great seats that were reasonably priced. The show was sold out so I recommend purchasing tickets early.

  • Great show

by Tbw123 on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 4 out of 5

I do wish they would have brought out campers and obstacles for freestyle. Last year was a little better. Also shame there was a lot of premature equipment failures. But to be expected with the abuse these machines take

Dennis Anderson saved the show for me. His freestyle was awesome.

  • Highly disapointed in their vendors

by BananaRedd on 2/21/11FedExForum - MemphisRating: 2 out of 5

The part of the show I was able to see was awsome- however I feel they need to train the employees they have working in the vendor area better. My credit card number was hung up in one of the machines for about 30 minutes and the clerk had no idea how to fix it so we had to wait for a supervisor to pass by because she had no way to call them.......causing me to miss most of the show after the intermission. I was Highly disapointed and feel like I was cheated out of what could have been a great experience.

  • Alright

by Andreahm on 2/21/11Tingley Coliseum - AlbuquerqueRating: 3 out of 5

The monster trucks events are always fun but it started way before it was supposed to so we missed part of it

  • Monster Jam with the woman

    by Mikeyd1004 on 2/21/11DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 4 out of 5

The event was a lot of fun. The girl liked it. It was her first, I went last when i was a kid. A little short for me but still fun. They keep it interesting with the quad racing and freestyle show. but my fave was the remote control trucks jumping ramps!

  • Monster Jam was great family venue

by Norris4 on 2/21/11Edward Jones Dome - St LouisRating: 4 out of 5

This was the first time that my husband and I had taken our two sons to Monster Jam. My sons, ages 5 and 7, absolutely loved it. Even though, we sat in the 300 section we were still able to see everything!!! I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. The place was sold out and it was easy to see why. The event was very family-friendly. I have never seen so many little boys in one venue. My sons couldn't sit still!! All of us enjoyed it. We will definitely make it a priority to go next year when Monster Jam comes back to St. Louis.
