great seats and great show. would reccomend to friend
This is a wonderful event to take the kids to. Non-stop entertainment with really cool monster trucks.
kids even fell asleep at it.very hokey. would have been ok for 15 bucks a ticket, not 45
Thought it would be just monster trucks, but there were gas powered rc cars, quads and snow mobiles. It was awesome. Definitely unexpected and better that I thought. I would definitely go see it again. The only thing I didn't like, is I didn't think there was much monster truck time. It seemed like most of the time was spent parkin and getting the trucks in the right position. Definitely needed a bigger area...
It was a clean and fun family event for all to enjoy! Needed better ear plugs due to the noise but it was definitely a treat to remember. We will be returning.
the monster truck put on on average show. but it was out of there hands there is not the room needed for them to put on a show that people want to see. the trucks hit the gas and have to let off right after so they don't hit the wall. it would much better if they had more room .
BOTH MY BOYS AND I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. WE LOVED IT.
The 2010 Monster Jam was not as exciting in the freestyle competition as the year before. It's still a great event for kids and grown ups. Some really popular trucks where in St. Louis this year!
The truck club i am envolved with was actually part of the pit party. We had 8 trucks on the floor and man my son just thought he was the coolest guy in the room. We got down to convention center early and stayed till the end. Walking out of the event my son mentioned best day ever and if we could go again next year... My son is 6 and up till now was best one on one time ever have had!!! We will plan on next year and looking forward to it!!!
Once again we went to Monster Jam in St. Louis. 2nd year in a row. This we I took my son, his friend and my daughter. We had to wait 45 minutes to meet Dennis Anderson, but it was worth it. All the drivers are always to nice and personal. I have already purchased tickets for 2012!!
We has a great time and my 11 year old had a ball. Looking forward to next year.
First of all the CONSOL Energy Center is a small venue for eight Monster Jam trucks, but with that said, The show was GREAT, the trucks were awsome, First time at the CONSOL , Great experience. Will return
It was pouring outside making the track extra dirty and muddy. Drivers were having the hardest time. By the end it looked more like a graveyard as 5 of the trucks either flipped or blew out their engines. I'm quite dissapointed with Dodger Stadium, this was a kid event and they preffered to have the youngsters catch pnemonia rather than allow umbrellas in. I understand you might block peoples view but I just wanted mine for the 1/2 mile walk back to my car as they start parking at the furthest point from the gates.
The motor cross in half time was great but the monster truck part of the event was just ok cause the Okc arena is way too small. None of the trucks could really get on the gas for the jumps. I wouldn't go again if they took out the motor cross. I got my money worth when they came out. They were amazing!!!
I was so disappointed with the available arena space for the trucks to manuver. We went for the last show of the weekend, and everyone, even the trucks, seemed tired. I expected non-stop action but there was so much down time which was tough with my 4 year old. It seemed like they dragged it on so that people would feel like they got their moneys worth! Not even! The had some silly staged, scripted 4 wheeler race that was pretty pathetic and obviously used as a time-taker. The trucks barely did anything. Overall, it was not even close to being worth the 30 bucks. Uber disappointing!!!
Everything was great. Tricks were amazing. Slow during prop changes. Overall enjoyable.
kids loved the trucks!!! very loud for kids- don't forget earrplugs for little ones. i was not sure how i (as adult) would like it. found myself really having good time with kids. seats were great- really good time, thanx.
Monster Jam was great. I loved the snowmobiles at intermission. Grave Digger was awesome as usual. Great fun for the entire family.
Well my 6 year old loved it but I was unimpressed and thought it was far to much money for little entertainment. The venue is far to small for such an event. The acting of the so called "quad wars" was down right pathetic. The guy couldnt remember which state he was from and kept mixing up new york and new hampshire. The fact that the entire performance was rigged and the winners were chosen before the event took place was so obvious it took the fun out of the entire show. I will not pay that kinda money for a monster jam again.
We had 6 adults taking one 3 year old boy to this event. We all had fun. We will most certainly go next year. I wish they would come in the summer when they could use Hienz Field ehre we could have a full blown MONSTER JAM.
