There is nothing like a stadium style Monster Jam show. Forget Nassau Coliseum, IZOD Center... those are a waste of money. If you want to see an event like Monster Jam on TV, with all the major stars of Monster Jam, go to a stadium event, on dirt.
I went with my 20 year old brother to this event and felt it was a little too much geared towards kids. There were mostly families there so we felt a little out of place. The trucks were awesome though and one landed a back flip!
Had the best time and my wife and son loved it. Will be going back next year
It is a simple night of watching monster trucks jump, skid out, flip, race and compete. But it is a great time with kids and friends t be outside and watch this event. Kids of ages 12 on down to 7 had an amazing time. The announcer and drivers play to the crowd and it is a lot of fun for the entire family. Having been to both inside and outside, I strongly recommend to go to the outside one first as it is easier on the ears and the mud makes for more fun. I would also recommend that you eat first as the prices are obnoxiously high on the pretzels, hot dogs and drinks. It is like they are trying to break profit by selling one item. The prices are ridiculous for the food. Also, try to stuff everyone into one car as to park is $25 a vehicle. That is crazy too. Yes, you feel safe and the staff is there to guide you but we took two cars and were already $50 in the hole just driving in. Hope this helps....

The kids and I had a great time thank you, my husband said it was 100% better than last years show. Next year we will be purchasing the pit passes.
Great show. Loved every minute. However, if you want souvenirs, get there early and get them 1st thing. The good stuff runs out fast.
My son who is four absolutely loved it. He keeps talking about going again next year. My husband and I had a great time watching him get so excited. Can't wait for next year!!
Monster Jam Path of Destruction at Metlife Stadium was unbelievable. Definitely getting tickets for next years show !!

I am not a fan of the event but my grandson loved the free style. Between events was boring but alot of give aways but only the same area everytime. What they gave out they could have given all children a small token. (ie.. hat, pin, photo, toy monster truck etc...) A great job by each driver. What a show. The women drivers were amazing. WHAT GUTS! The four wheelers were a phoney race and act. We could do without them!
The whole event from Pit Party to main event was great Dennis Anserson is the best guy in the world. He really showed his fans love. Their aren't enough words to say how great this was.
The show was freaking awesome!!! My whole family enjoyed the show! We've seen several shows but this by far was the best show
My 6 year old son asked to go to Monster Jam for his birthday. If it wasn't his birthday, I would have been perfectly content to let my husband take my two sons (6 year old birthday boy, and his 7 year old brother). I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun I had there! I would definitely go again, and would probably take my 4 year old nephew as well. However, make sure to bring ear protection -- during the racing part, especially, it was very loud. It was less loud during the freestyle competition, but we were prepared and brought earplugs for everyone. We didn't purchase any food or merchandise there. In all, a great time for any little (or big! ) boys!

My 5 yr old son and I went to the show. I wanted to do something I knew he'd enjoy doing. We watched every day on Speed. Anyhow, I think I enjoyed it more than he. It was really nice. It was a great bonding experience for us as well.
The event was great. We just missed seeing megasaurus. Maybe next monster jam.
bring your ear protection..... not only are the trucks loud, but the announcer yells the whole time. could have done without him, or the driver interviews, hence the 4 star. otherwise it was great!
Loved every minute of it! Fun stuff! Can't wait for next year!
