I might be biased but this was one of the best metal shows I've been to simply because of Acid Bath's performance alone. The energy in the crowd was completely electric. It was incredible to see the love for one of my favorite bands was so powerful.
Acid Bath never got to be appreciated for who they are, or what they gave to the world. It was all over before anyone knew how important they would become. And for 28 years it had been percolating - bubbling under the surface - passes from parent to kid like a sacred text, a solemn sludge filled prayer of Metal and raw emotion. And at the show - we all gathered. Young and old. You and me. Singing, screaming, shouting, and slamming. We left baptized, and unified. The gathering gave us everything that we needed - and more. Acid Bath are an important band. And when Sammy said thank you to us all for remembering - we all felt that in our hearts. And we say - to Sammy, Dax, and Mike - thank YOU for remembering us. Thank you for contributing to the soundtrack of our lives. Let The Blackness Roll Onā¦
It's hard to imagine a band who hasn't been together in over 20 years would sound anywhere as good as they used to, but holy cow! Seeing Acid Bath was more than just a treat. Their sound and vocals were just phenomenal. I am not a fan of the Brooklyn Paramount in the slightest, not only for the travel, but for the limited parking selection, the layout of how they set up merchandise lines, the fact the GA tickets are on a sloped main floor (happy for the back problems that occured afterwards). Complaints of the venue itself aside, talk about amazing. Despite playing a lot of their slower songs, the band really channeled a feeling that could only be felt in person. The type of uniqueness that you get when you first discover an act, and when you see them live. I hope that they come around to do more shows, as I will definitely be going to those future events
Waited 30 years for it and they didnāt disappoint. Wished they had played longer than an hour but I will take it
Acid Bath blew me away! It was a great overall show. All 3 bands kicked ass
Absolutely amazing!!! Saw them in Seattle last Saturday/6.21.25
Fantastic band, incredible songs, Dax still fantastic on vocals.
It was a once in a life time opportunity to see Acid Bath perform their incredible, timeless music. The band sounded divine... aged like fine wine. The Marymoor Park venue was set up well, offered great food and drink, the people were awesome and in good spirits. For me, it was a spiritual experience I got to share with my son, and an experience I will remember fondly for the rest of my life. Thank you, Acid Bath, for giving us the opportunity to wee you perform.
This Acid Bath concert was 28 years in the making, and they did not disappoint! Marymoor was a lovely venue, parking was close enough to the venue that it didn't feel like a hike, and there actually were enough bathrooms. My only complaints would be that beer prices were a bit steep compared to other music venues, and I feel the sound could have been dialed in a bit better.
I love Acid Bath. They were awesome. The sound was great. Marymoor was beautiful.
title says it all. yob's set was lowkey an out of body experience for me and i havent came back to earth since. i love you witch mountain. the latter two are so ridiculously popular that i don't even think i need to say that they were amazing. rare to see four bands all go on stage and absolutely kill it
Best concert I have ever been to the crowd was amazing, the place was very comfortable and fresh despite how pack it was! Acid bath played sooo awesome I'm sooo glad I drove 6 hours to see them, and I would walk there if I had to just to see them play again!
Venue itself is well established. Lots of floor space with helpful staff. Acid Bath and High on Fire both sounded great and the headliner played the songs I most wanted to hear (though I wish they had played another 30 minutes). The mosh pits were intense and matched the tone of the music but no one was intentionally trying to hurt people. Crowd was friendly and I saved a couple of peopleās contact info to go to future concerts with. Would go again
I started listening to Acid Bath in the 90s when I was around 15. I didn't see the band live then and never thought I would. I'm glad I was able to see them both nights in New Orleans! I loved the show and it was so cool to see them live. They sounded great!
What more needs to be said outside of It was pure perfection.
Amazing! The sound at the Fillmore was outstanding. Best show of my life!
The band was amazing and the staff were great but tickets and drinks were overpriced
I use to watch these guys all the time when I was younger, back then they were my fav local band. But seeing them as an adult felt more magical . It was like seeing them for the first time. Dax sounded great the band sounded great! The crowd had a good vibe! 10/10
What a show. Place was packed out! Pretty clear that Live Nation oversold this one, but had a great time, nonetheless. Even with as packed as it was, drinks didn't take long, and restrooms were quick, as per usual. Love Fillmore, as a venue. Big fan.
