Excellent game, Easy in and out via light rail to avoid traffic and parking in Uptown Charlotte,
Beautiful city charollete fan fest was awesome. The bars and resteraunts real good.Great stadium to watch the game.
I bought tickets to the ACC championship for my mother-in-law and my husband because my MIL knows one of the players. She said everything was perfect, from parking til the time they left. They had a great time and said the stadium was great for viewing. Both of them literally have not stopped talking about it. Only complaint was not being able to use cash. She is almost 80 years old and does not like using credit cards. So guess whose card they used? MINE. Expensive but worth it for a once in a lifetime event for her.
Unable to sell tickets. Very unhappy with Ticketmaster and the inability to reduce ticket price in order to recoup any part of the expense.
Pre-game party was fun, good food but plates too small and could really have used more tables and seating. Attendants were helpful and accommodating. Game was great. BOA stadium was clean and comfortable.
Had a great time, enjoyed the activities more this year, thought they were better laid out, much safer areas to walk, much better job spacing the crowd. Plus I’d like to give a shoutout and highly recommended McCormick and Schmitt Seafood Restaurant, great atmosphere and great food. Overall I’d say this ACC Championship experience for me ranks number 2 behind the Orlando ACC Championship Game. Had a great time, hopefully the Tigers will be back again next year, looking forward to it. Thanks ACC and city of Charlotte for a great experience.
Enjoyed the game. Parking was expensive and the weather was cold
Clemson's domination of the ACC continues with a very well organized event. One disappointment: I was informed that electronic ticketing (which I DO NOT prefer) was my only option. Yet, there were numerous hard stock tickets available both at the stadium box office and thru secondary sellers on site. That discrepancy is not good customer service. Overall, a joyful evening!
First ever college football game and on top of that, a championship. 5*
Our first time at Bank of America Stadium. It was easy for us to find our seats. We had a great time at the ACC Championship game. Will do this again.
Enjoyed watching the Clemson Togers but a beating on the UVA Cavaliers. Everything was perfect.
Put something on your ap which side your favorite team should look to sit. Hard to sit with all Clemson fans when we were from Virginia. Maybe divide the Stadium on your ap. We had a great time . The affair was well done.
Great game, great seats, awesome experience!! Thanks ACC! Go Tigers!!
Great place great game wonderful city Great people just one issue people are allowed to have too many alcoholic beverages. I know it’s money and financial Gain what value do we put on life . I subject no more than two alcoholic beverages monitored through a barcode on each ticket sold with there name and mandatory ID for the person with ticket
I loved the Ticket Master APP for the tickets to the game.
Ive been lucky enough to go to the ACC Championship two years in a row and sit club level. I love the venue, the seats are awesome and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will be going again (because you know the Tigers will be there!!!).
The game was great. Prepaid for parking. It took an hour to get to space. The streets were blocked off near the parking space. Don’t understand why so many streets were blocked parking space were pre sold. Event staff were not helpful.
Loved the fan fest being inside with comfortable temperatures and no chance of being “rained out” like last year. However,I missed the live bands from previous years.
The game and venue were great. So disappointed there were no programs printed. Some of us are old-fashion and like to keep a program or at least a paper ticket. Neither were available for this game.
Both teams were well prepared and played up to their abilities. Clemson took the lead and appeared to be on the way to an easy victory, but Virginia Tech fought back and closed it to one score repeatedly. Clemson defense finally took control and forced Virginia Tech to throw an interception on fourth down.
