This is my third time seeing A-Trak and each time is better than the last!!! Great venue, amazing show, amazing crowd, AMAZING NIGHT!!!
Atrak is too nice on the 1's and 2's, and seeing Killa Cam and Jimmy perfrom was dope! DIPSET, DIPSET, DIPSET!
Venue was perfect for A-Trak and he killed it! Would definitely want to see him again
I was pretty hyped for this show coming off of my weekend at Mysteryland. I knew A-track was pretty good and I have seen him before. But this show was really good. He was feeling the crowd and you could tell. There was even a point where he brought up a few people to scratch with him on stage. It was a really good night and A-Track was the reason for it. I recommend catching him while he is on this tour.
Awesome unforgettable time really looking forward for the next time they come to a venue near me.
Danny Brown is live as fuck!!! Can't wait to see him again!!! A-trak is one of the best djs I have ever seen!!!
This was a hardcore rave. Flashing strobe lights, solid beats, lots of people who looked like they were on ecstasy, the whole deal. The warm up DJs were great (I think one of them was DJ Premier). The only problem was that A-Trak didn't start DJing until 1am. The tickets said the event ended at 1am, so I wasn't planning on staying that late. I ended up leaving early, I wish that I could have heard more of A-Trak.
Love it the show was amazing! unique talents everywhere, with awesome attitudes, LOVEEEE IT. A$AP, A TRACK, PUsha T and FunkMasterFLEx was tooo good
This show was ridiculous, i got there at 10 15 and people were already leaving.... I paid full price for these tickets and I got to see him for an hour a half..... very dissapointed and would not go again to Best Buy Theatre... playing rap at the enddd... didnt come to see that...
I came to this concert hoping to see A-Trak headline, and perform a full set. I've seen him perform many times before. Unfortunately, his set seemed to be an after thought. Even though he was billed to headline, he only played for 40 mins, after more than an hour set from ASAP Mob. His set list contained solely rap mixes, which is fine, but I would have liked to hear more upbeat dance music as well - that's what I came for and was planning on. That's what he's done in the past. I was very disappointed...
A-trak was cool, a$ap mob didn't do enough songs. show was set up really sloppy
I really enjoyed A-Trak, he had a great set and he came out after the supposed main act to do another set. But as a main act ASAP was the worst performance. He didn't play a single song that the crowd recognized except for 2 off his album and I have listened to every single song he has. His set felt short and abrupt because for the most part he had the random members of the ASAP Mob performing. No one came to see the ASAP's friends from Harlem, we came to see ASAP. He spent about 15 minutes when he could have been performing Purple Swag, or Bass, or Palace, or Get Lit, of Goldie, or Wassup or any number of the various songs that he had, asking women to come up on stage to dance. What a huge waste of time. Overall, a fun concert to hang out with friends, but not worth the cash to see ASAP mob.
I agree with a previous post, that more A-Trak original mixes would have been wonderful. However, it doesn’t matter what tracks A-Trak uses to compose his sets, it’s what he’s able to do; mixing, scratching, looping, etc. everything on the fly that makes seeing him live simply magical. He’s a phenom, and any fan of electro / hip hop should definitely see.
A-Trak was terrible but I guess I was just expecting too much. He had some good songs mixed in but it was basically all the junk you hear on the radio. I really wasn't feelin hearing Wiz Khalifa and LilWayne when I was trying to hear A-Trak. I guess he just plays what is popular now. Terminal 5 is still a great venue and I think the venue just made the whole show better
I got to Terminal 5 early and there was barely no one there... as soon as the glass lamp guy came on people started to drift into the area. By the time his set was done the General Admissions area was half way full. When Kid Sister Came on EVERYBODY swarmed to the GA area. Her set was on time and it was madd live. She danced and sung and then she was gone. Her set was only a half an hour long but she was the only artist on point. She should've gotten a lot more time. Clipse was an hour and a half late!! They came on during the time that A-Trak was suppose to come on and they didn't care that they were taking up his time, during the time they were on I got bumped sooo much and I damn near got into a fight with 50 11 hundred drunk girls and boys trying to move to the front and was just pushing and bumping without saying anything. As soon as Clipse set ended I was soo pissed that I just left. NEVER AGAIN!
super awesome. wish i could have seen gaslamp killer, but got there too late. a trak was incredible, except that it was over at 11 30!!!!!!! overall amazing show, love coming to royale any day of the week!
Monday nights in Boston aren't well-known for being big concert nights, especially with a lesser-known act like A-Trak. The show was 18+ which means the curfew was earlier, and it was by no means sold out. So when A-Trak took the stage, you could tell he was less-than-enthused about the fact that the venue wasn't packed. Needless to say, he brought the fire. He played everything from House music, to dubstep, to disco, and hip-hop, all the while showing us why he won the international scratching competition at age 15. The house lights went on at 11pm but A-Trak continued his set for the full 1.5 hours until 11:30. I think his attitude changed throughout the show, as he started smiling and enjoying himself more. Those who were there showed their appreciation and in return A-Trak came out after the show to take pictures and sign autographs. Anyone who is a fan of dance music should check him out!
Show ended at 12, and at age 25, I was probably the oldest person there. Drinks at the Royale are ridiculously overpriced, and it was the type of show where you really needed to be hammered to have a decent time. Atrak was okay but I wouldn'd call his performance "good." No encore.
A-track was so amazing. It wasn't as crowded as i thought it would be and their music was soo good. Terminal 5 needs to have more concerts with techno or dubstep music artists, they would always be packed.
LOVED EVERYONE ON THE TICKET. ATRAK ROCKED IT AND SO DID THE CLIPSE. TOO MANY LITTLE KIDS RUNNING AROUND THO. FUN TIMES
