The Sinclair was an amazing venue. It was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. These Wild Plains opened, and they were a pretty good band, very talented and I saw some similarities to Rocket. Anyways, A Rocket To The Moon was great!!!! They played 23 songs, and put on a GREAT show. It's a shame they're breaking up, I love them :( So talented, every one of them.
This was by far the best ARTTM show I've ever seen. It might actually be my favorite show I've ever been to, ever. The band played EVERYTHING. They were also super chatty- telling stories about how they became band and the adventures they'd had together while on tour. I'm so glad I got to be there for their final show. It was a moving, unforgettable night. Great work, boys. Good luck in all your future projects. You guys will do great no matter what you do next. (Also I'll be first in line for a reunion tour!)
I didn't know it was their last show until I walked in. My friend and I found the best place to stand. The best concerts are honestly the smaller ones, with general admission. Their performance was amazing, they sound great.
I saw A Rocket To the Moon Play at Brighton Music Hall which is one of my favorite music venues! However both the bands that opened for them were horrid. I've seen lots of amateur not so great bands but these ones were not even stand able. Austin Gibbs seriously sounded like Oscar the Grouch...not to mention he was obnoxious and annoying. How he even got an applaud is beyond me. My friend and I had to leave for his set, it was that annoying. The other band, Bonaventure, was just kind of boring and country. Not so much my cup of tea. A Rocket To The Moon was alright. They played a mix of their new and old stuff but didn't really bring anything special to the table. They also did some country covers which I thought was blehh. For a hometown show kind of a let down.
Love this band so much! Such an awesome performance and the venue was perfect as well.
A rocket to the moon were incredible. They played some of their new music and we got to hear their new sound for the first time. It was legit rock and roll. They were totally jamming. I've seen them a lot of times before but I can honestly say this was the best I have ever seen them perform.
The show was great! all of the bands were amazing and the venue was good too. such a fun time
This was my first concert and it was amazing. I love how the bands were fun and up-beat. I am definitely going to be going to more concerts!
me an my friend bought the crazily inexpensive standing room tix to this concert and it was by far the best $13 i ever have spent! the line to get in was crazy and we didnt wait in it but we still got great space to stand. Go Radio [the main reason i went] went first and by god they were even better live than on their awesome CD [check them out, it's Mayday's Parade's old lead singer, Jason Lancaster, they have and Ep and a full length album, titled Lucky Street, was just released- this is one bad who's going to make it big], then came Runner Runner [who were great as well], Anarbor, Valencia, and finally A rocket to the Moon. All bands were amazing and energetic getting the crowd riled up and encouraging crowd surfing! since it was the last night of the tour the concert was like 5 hours long and i was very tied of standing by the end i must admit. the band members walked around, took pics, and signed autographs, literally i was running into them everty timei turned around!! all the bands had great merchandise and overall it was just an amazingly enjoyable night!!! Thanks for the great concert guys.
