Ushers at the theatre seated people arriving late during the performance interfered with our sight lines, people arrived for 1 pm show thinking it was a 2pm start. Sitting in 1st row of balcony, the traffic seemed incessant during the first half of production. Our concentration was disturbed & made this very irritating…
The music was excellent. However it was difficult to hear the dialogue in between songs, and the dialogues were annoyingly long. But we enjoyed the songs
We were thrilled to go see this play. The support cast did a good job, the band/orchestra were terrific. But, the stand -in for the regular member cast as Neil Diamond was disappointing. It was like he tried way too hard to sound like Diamond but instead, almost sounded like he was auditioning for an Elvis role. We're glad we went...the songs bring back lots of good memories....but we wished we'd seen it with the regular cast.
Enjoyed the performance! My wife and I are from the same era so we were familiar with all the music. The Broward Center is an awesome venue.
One of the best musicals I’ve seen! Funny and very touching. Highly entertaining, while telling the story of Neil Diamond.
What an incredible show! I could not believe how the actor sounded exactly like Neil Diamond. Fantastic, amazing...would see it again in a Heartlight!

It was a great show. Only bad thing was the ticket I transferred to my Wife did not work when trying to enter the venue. Insisting on Electronic Phone tickets causes many issues. They initially wouldn't let her in. FIX your many issues with this Phone only acceptance of tickets.
The quality of the music is phenomenal. I wish it had been all music. The story is about Neil's life is interesting to learn. But it is told from the vantage point of him seeing a therapist. It felt a lot like a man complaining about being past his prime and looking for sympathy for cheating on his first wife and ignoring his second. When compared to Carole King Musical, Tina, or Cher - the difference is drastic. For example, Tina Turner married at 17 and had to leave an abusive husband with no money to her name, and couldn't even sing her songs as he owned everything. It is a story of strength and resilience and facing humiliation to start again with nothing in her late 40s when most producers thought she was an old lady. Both Cher and Tina relaunched and had their greatest success late in life. Those are triumphs. By comparison, Neil's story felt a lot like complaining about having it all and being selfish - and then what happens when he ages out and is no longer on top.
Show great. Parking horrendous. Took 2 hours. Disgraceful set up. Ruins the experience.
Very nostalgic. The dancers were outstanding. We were in Mezzanine. Couldn’t hear one word of the dialogue. There was one screen with printed dialogue on the GROUND floor to the right of the stage. Nothing for people on upper floors or to the ground left of the stage. The ground floor screen was too small read from mezzanine. Pity.
This version of A Beautiful Noise was better than the original on Broadway. We saw the original when it opened and enjoyed it tremendously, however Nick Fratianni was by far superior to the original Neil!
The show was absolutely fantastic if you closed your eyes you thought you were listening to Neil diamond. I would definitely go and see it over and over again
The Neil Diamond Musical - A Beautiful Noise, was terrific. Great storytelling, enjoyable cast, fantastic music (of course), and Nick Fradiani as young Neil was superb! A+ show and performance.
What impressed my wife and me the most was the format of the show … learning Neil Diamond’s story in the “interview the 80-something Diamond brought the audience closer to him. The selection of songs from what he performed and what he wrote for others showed his creative talent. The cast showed a range of dancing and musical talent and the band was spectacular.

Amazing Choreography. Amazing dancers and singers. Second wife of Neil, what a voice and amazing dance ability. Neil - Both amazing. Old Neil, close your eyes to hear the true Neil sing. The yesterday Neil - amazing in his interpretations. Happy that I was able to experience it.
A Beautiful Noise was one of the best theater productions that I've ever had the pleasure of attending. If I could get great seats, I would surely go again.
