Rapper A$AP Ferg, often seen in concert wearing his signature grill, has come a long way since his late-‘80s youth in the Hamilton Heights area of Harlem. Born Darold Ferguson, Jr., the ticket-selling hip-hop performer acknowledged “success is the only option” for him in a March 2013 interview with Complex magazine. Before becoming part of the A$AP Mob hip-hip collective in 2007, Ferguson followed in the fashion footsteps of his screenprinting father. He developed his own clothing line, Devoni Clothing, designing and distributing high-end belts purchased by tour superstars like Chris Brown and Swizz Beatz.
But his love for music took over just a couple years later, with A$AP Mob—an acronym for “Always Strive and Prosper”—releasing their first full-length mixtape, “Lords Never Worry,” in 2012. A$AP Ferg signed his own record deal in early 2013 with Polo Grounds and RCA and unleashed his solo debut, “Trap Lord,” in August of that year. His gritty, explicit rap style is clearly expressed in tracks like “Work” and “Shabba,” from the album, which features guest appearances by A$AP Rocky, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Waka Flocka Flame, among others.

Great concert and venue. We waited outside for AN hour and the meet and greet was changed to after the show. They put on a performance that was amazing
From start to finish, ASAP Ferg and ASAP Ant's energy was so high and it was just infectous through out the whole audience. I honestly can say that was probably one of the best concerts I've been too, definitely worth the cash to go out and be a Trap Lord for the night ;)
This was one of the best concerts Ive ever been to! ASAP Ferg and the whole ASAP mob were full of energy.
I recently became an A$AP Ferg fan after getting into A$AP Rocky and hearing his mixtapes. Then I got his album and was sold. I've been to two Rocky shows before this and they felt much more energetic and fun. Ferg wasn't bad, but he just didn't have the stage presence I was expecting. Also, he came on like more than an hour after the last warm up act so I think people had gotten tired and restless. When his set was done half the people there started leaving immediately. He came back out for an encore and people started coming back but it just wasn't the same as other shows I've seen recently.
A$AP MOB.................................Harlem World
it started off pretty good with his opening artist he had on the line, but once Asap Ferg came out with some of the other ASAP mob crew members they KILLED the show ! i was right in the front so it was a cool experience, every song Ferg performed everybody was hyped and pushing each other but i didn't have no problem with it. But it was definitely a night to remember. then i had the meet&greet so after the show was over i meet Ferg, and he was so damn cool and nice.. while we toke a picture and he was signing my shirt and vip pass we was having a conversation.
it was mind blowing everyone was turnt up and the energy and vibes were bouncing off the walls, they threw water and champagne on us and since i was front row were were soaked it felt nice though cause the venue was packed and it was hot in there. they acknowledged the fans and are humble as hell. i literally hugged everyone that performed because they all went to the front row. they crowd surfed and Ferg brought some surprise guests including ScHoolboy Q, Sticky Fingaz, and Rocky himself. the meet n greet was dope and various members of the mob were scattered aroun town just chillin and they were all dope.
