Victory Boyd, also known as Victory, is a singer-songwriter who draws on the soul, jazz, folk, and gospel music she learned growing up as one of nine siblings in a musically talented family. Born in Detroit, Victory began her musical journey at the age of four in the Boys & Girls Choirs of Detroit, founded by her father, John Boyd. She later moved to North Bergen, a New Jersey township right outside New York City, where she started singing with her siblings in Central Park as Infinity Song, catching the attention of Grammy-winning pop singer Tori Kelly. In 2016, JAY-Z came across a video of the group performing and signed them to his Roc Nation label, on which Victory released her debut solo EP, It’s a New Dawn. Her full-length debut, The Broken Instrument, followed in 2018 and featured a collaboration with Jon Batiste. Her sophomore album, Glory Hour, was released on Roc Nation in 2023.

I first saw Victory Boyd when she opened for Lauren Daigle and she was phenomenal !!! I was blown away … her voice is incredible!!! Her songs are amazing and her down to earth demeanor and obvious faith is inspiring !!! I have screen her in much smaller settings in the LA area and she was wonderful and so approachable 🥰 She is a true talent and great blessing !!! She is a must see for sure !!!
