Prepare to be Thunderstruck!
Dynamic dance routines, barely-there costumes, state-of-the-art lighting and chiseled abs have been making women swoon for over 22 years. There is no doubt that the internationally-acclaimed male revue is the ultimate girls’ night out. The men of Australia’s Thunder from Down Under make every second count during 90 minutes of pulse-rising pleasure.

I brought my sister to see Thunder in Las Vegas to celebrate her 21st birthday and we had the time of our lives!! All of the guys are amazing at what they do. We had front row seats at table 5 and they danced on the tables, on us, and throughout the room. Everyone despite where they say got to be up close and personal at least once!!! It's is very interactive, funny, and professionally put together. The guys are hot hot hot, my favorite was Alex!! They were very good to all the bachelorettes in the audience and my sister in her birthday crown/boa got pulled on the stage for a one on one performance! I hope they tour near my hometown soon because I need to see them again! Highly recommended!
we went as an outing for girls night out and it was so much fun our cheeks hurt at the end of the night from smiling so much. definitely recommend to check out that show and get it of your bucket list...
This was the best time I have ever had. Such a great time with my best friend. Would go back to this show again and again since all the guys are amazing!!!!
Beautiful men. Tasteful entertainment. Their dancing skills were much to be desired. Was like watching a bunch of bohunks trying to dance to child-like choreography.
Not as good as Vegas show. The men were rude at the meet and greet. Also there weren't as many dancers as they had in Vegas. Overall dance routines mediocre and cheesy. Overall was still a lot of fun, I recommend seeing them in Vegas!!!
I found the routines sloppy, several of the dancers said they had just joined the troupe and it showed this was obviously the "B" troupe. Not worth time and money
The guys were good looking from what we could see. Having TDU at Mid American Center was not good. You couldn't see anything. We also thought we had reserved seats and when we got there it was all general admission. Good thing I bought tickets the first 30 min that they went on sale! None of the reminder emails told me of the seating changes!
Thunder Down Under was an awesome show. We bought our tickets at the last minute & our seats were in the back. The dancers didn't come to the back of the room much so that was disappointing and it was hard to see the stage. They did have huge TVs on either side so you could still see what was happening on stage though. Overall, it was a good show & well worth what we paid for our tickets. I would go again & I would recommend this to friends.
Had the best time. They put on a great show. Hope they come agin. I would go see them.
Awesome ShowEver!! They put on.the Best Show!! Guys know how to work it!!!
Thunder from Down Under was so much fun. My friends and i had a complete blast!!!
Entertaining for the price. Men were NICE eye candy. Choreography was choppy and did not seem well rehearsed. Expected dancers to be in the audience, but not as much as they were. The MC was VERY entertaining, smooth, kept this woman on the edge of her seat as much or MORE than the dancers. Was not surprised he had moves of his own. ;)
Great routines, incredible bodies, and polite as hell!!! My girls go every year!!
Went to see this show in Shreveport several months back and had a blast. This time there were different dancers and they were pretty young. No manly men.....left after 30 min.
My sister-in-law and I saw Thunder From Down Under the night before Thanksgiving in St. Louis and it was so much fun! It felt like we were at a huge bachelorette/21st birthday party with 200 other women. The show is creative and sexy and the men are delicious, and the MC really knows how to make every woman in the audience feel special. The website says the event is for men and women alike, but I would suggest leaving your boyfriends/husbands at home for this one - you'll have more fun! Seats were great too, not a bad seat in the house. Especially since the guys come out into the audience frequently! Absolutely loved it, can't wait to see it again with more girlfriends!
I was unimpressed with the performance by Thunder From Down Under. They played videos of them being popular on TV but if you paid attention all the videos are from at least 5-10 years ago. There were only 6 guys and they seemed like they learned the dance moves pretty recent. I have also seen the Chippendales and find that show much more appealing and interactive. I just felt like the Thunder were unorganized and the skits/dances were nothing too impressive. They danced on the chairs next to random women more than actually performing dances on stage. I will not be returning.
Had a blast, it was grrrreat! I love they interact with the audience so much throughout the show, so you feel part of it. My only complaint is the dance moves, they could be tighter and better synced, but who cares when you look that good! LoL
I personally prefer the magic men show .... Magic men they r more personable all about the ladies and what they want we was able to take pics and videos all night long .......thunder from down under your not allowed to take pics or videos except one moment of the night when they tell u it's ok ... these guys are show offs rude and stuck up one of the guys yelled at a couple of girls after the show when they were taking a selfie of them self together ......... They may have been around for 20 years but they need to give it up ........
I was really looking forward to seeing this show in Vegas. I booked it for my last night there anticipating it to be the best Thanksgiving ever but walked away sadly disappointed. I paid about $100 for 1 ticket right next to the stage. Actually it was right next to the stairs in the center of the stage and not 1 guy came to my table for the entire show!!! Why the hell did I pay all that money?!? I should have bought the freakin' cheap seats in the back because that is where they spent all their time! I wish I could say that was the only disappointing part of the show but sadly it was not. The show was very cliche and extremely overrated. I think this show has seen it's day. They either need to reinvent themselves or head back "down under" because I would never go see this show again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. Not only were the dance numbers unoriginal, they just were not sexy enough. I've been to much smaller venues in Baltimore, DC, & Pittsburgh to see local male revues and those guys were MUCH more enjoyable to watch than these "blokes"! For a male revue in "sin city", I think Zumanity had more sex appeal than this show! There was also the limited "interactive" portions of the show where they pull random women up to the stage. Again, totally cliche, with a few bridesmaids and a few grandmas...yawn...boring!!! They kept pulling up the same damn girls!!! If you are going to make a show "interactive", then at least get different people each and every time, not the same freakin' people! Such a let down! The music, graphics, and choreography they had were also very dated. With all of the HD effects out there now, their videos appeared to look about 10 years old! I was really surprised that a show that has probably made millions over the years did not have top notch equipment. As for the music and choreography, it's been beat to death by the likes of Magic Mike and probably every boy band for the last 20 years! They should change it up with some more recent and relevant music. Perhaps something like Calvin Harris or David Guetta. And also some new dance moves that don't remind us of N'Sync a la 1999. The only reason I'm not giving this a complete "poor rating" is because the men are hot. There is no denying that whatsoever. I just think the "Thunder From Down Under" may have gotten a little too cocky after all these years of fame in Vegas. As I said before, they need to reinvent the wheel of male revues or head back "down under" because this show is dead! Do yourself a favor, save your money...or at the very least don't pay for a seat in the front. You will probably get more attention if you are in the back in the cheap seats!
